Beautiful buildings and layout - the attention to detail in the construction and use of olive wood is superb! Clean, fresh swimming pool, fabulous tiles everywhere inside and out. was a joyous, peaceful haven with superb , friendly staff. Lovely food and wine.Incredible breakfasts.

I couldn't afford to stay longer unfortunately !! Maybe menu needs adjusting every few days. same menu for 5 days, but it was the end of the season. The wine was lovely but the cheaper options could have been made clearer to us at the start.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning spot, the whole property is well laid out and very nice for relaxing. The rooms are a lovely design and there’s plenty of parking. The breakfast was amazing and so was the on-site restaurant.

We booked one double room and one triple room (because that’s all I could book at the time, they were mostly sold out). Since there was 3 of us, we were given 2 double rooms, which is completely fine, but when I realised we had paid an extra 20 euro (because the triple room costs 20 euro more than the double) the lady at the front desk didn’t believe me. It’s just 20 euros, but I couldn’t seem to be able to prove it to her. She was nice about it regardless. A major issue I found was that it was incredibly hot in the rooms at night because the airconditioners don’t work very well. This might be because we visited during a heatwave.

The place is amazing! First of all it is very clean. One of the cleanest places I have stayed. Not just the rooms, but even the facilities, that is the pool, restaurant, garden. Literally everything. The landscape is beautiful too. Well kept garden and beautiful views. Staff is also very helpful, the owner included. Breakfast is abundant. By the end of the holiday we could not eat anymore. The restaurant (open to the public for dinners) offers good quality food at reasonable prices. We dined there 3 times and we were satisfied everytime.

If I have to nitpick, the curtains in the junior Suites could be thicker or maybe blackouts to block the sun. In the normal rooms it is not a problem they are very dark because there is a wooden door infront of the glass door. Apart from that there is nothing more to add.

The property is really nice and very authentic, all is well maintained, nice garden and big pool!!! Very good restaurant inside, really good food, but needs to be booked in advance, as it is very popular even for locals. Room Junior Suite in our case was two stories, with bedroom upstairs. Very spacious!! Stuff was really helpful. The only thing is location - you need to have car, for sure to get to anywhere. The roads are narrow and in mountains, driving, specially in the dark is not easy. Taormina was 29km, but driving time was approx 50- mins to 1 hour.

One of the best breakfasts I ever had! Absolutely loved it. Home made pastry, fresh fruit, cheese and prosciutto from local farm… served to your table with fresh coffee. Also property was amazing, beautiful pool where you have 360 view to nature. We also had good wine tasting there, each day they have some program (cooking class, hikes, etc). Also recommend to try the restaurant! I would def visit one more time once back in Sicily.

The staffs on reception could have better trainings - what to do in that location, sharing some tips with the hosts.

The property is absolutely stunning, with near-panoramic views of Etna and the Randazzo valley. The room was gorgeous, and had virtually everything we needed minus some storage space we’re normally used to. It was very quiet too, which was a huge relief after spending a couple of nights in Catania city. Each member of the Etna Quota Mille team was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when it came to our vegetarian/gluten-free requirements. One team member, Salvo, even took me down to the gluten-free store to buy supplies because we didn’t have a car. Speaking of which, if you’re in need of transfers, Etna Quota Mille have their own minivan and can pick you up/take you virtually anywhere you need to go. They picked us up from the airport, took us to and from 2 tours, a golf day, and back to the airport on our last day. This is all for a fee of course, but it’s very reasonable and saves having to organize it with a different company, which can be tricky in that area. If you’re looking for things to do, make sure to contact their team in advance. They have plenty of tours and activities they can organize for you - including wine tastings right there on the property. The restaurant has delicious food and reasonably priced considering the quality is so good. The menu was pretty extensive, so no doubt you’ll find a new Sicilian dish each time. The breakfast selection was extensive and they made a lot of the food (eggs, etc) for you on the spot!

The only downsides we had during our stay were that the pool was pretty cold, so our 5-yo daughter only lasted about 15 mins before hitting her limit… and we had couple of Wi-Fi issues, but these were swiftly resolved by their team. Other than that, we couldn’t have been happier with Etna Quota Mille, and no question we’ll be back the next time we visit the Etna region. Thank you, Etna Quota Mille team!

Location, cleanliness, rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, peacefulness, pool area, breakfast, drinks, food, scenery and ample parking space.

Not enough space for clothes storage in the room such as wardrobes/drawers. Would do also with an espresso machine in the room for a quick coffee as soon as you wake up whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery before going for breakfast. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything is perfect!

We stayed at Etna Quota Mille for two nights. We were staying in the junior suite. The room had two floors and a terrace with a view on the pool on the one side and on Etna on the other side. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was served and delicious. We were very lucky that Etna was erupting the time we stayed there, so we could observe the eruption from our terrace. An unforgettable experience.

We came as a group of women and had an excellent stay. Lovely setting, lovely food and lovely wine! The junior suite rooms are big enough for 3, they are comfortable and welcoming, the property is beautiful, thoughtfully laid out and extremely well presented and maintained. The staff were incredible and laid out breakfast in our room when we were leaving early to go up Etna. We felt like our stay was very good value for money.

The restaurant is slightly more pricey, so we didn’t eat there every night and there were excellent options in the village just a 5 minute drive away.

A huge thank you to Salvo who dropped us to our vineyard tour AND waited when we overran to pick us back up again with no complaints- and then didn't charge us because it was so close! Amazing customer service, we were so grateful. Grounds and hotel are beautiful, rooms are designed gorgeously. Food at the restaurant was extremely tasty!

Service at the restaurant was patchy- they seemed to be understaffed? The food was wonderful though, and when it came to us leaving we were apologised profusely to and offered limoncello for the errors, just a shame when everything else was so incredible!
