Breakfast was amazing! We loved the home made pies and local products. Good coffee as well. The staff was also friendly, professional and helpful. They took good care of us during our stay. We also enjoyed the wellness center.

Unfortunately while booking, we did not request a room at the back of the hotel. So we got a room in front of the Main Street, which was very noisy. The bad and pillows were not comfortable, as an advice to the property managers , I would tell to invest in good quality mattresses and pillows. The room did not have AC, and it was very warm. The terrace was shared with other guests rooms, so there was no privacy and this limited the use of the terrace itself. We also did not enjoy the dinner at ora best unfortunately (the food and meals lacked a bit of taste).

Everything was amazing! Personnel was incredible, helpful and welcoming! they’ve made sure we have everything we needed :) Food was delicious. Wide choice for breakfast and huge 4 course dinners. Vegan options were specifically prepared for one of us- huge plus for that! We were positively surprised by many sauna options in wellness area. Perfect to relax after skiing. The room and common areas were super clean, nicely furnished and cozy.

We liked especially attitude of the hotel´s owner, Ms. Marianna. :) Her language skills are great, she advised, how to manage the visit of Lago di Braies, Tre Cime etc. , her pieces of advice were realistic, we could see really everything. The hotel´s breakfast was delicious with a great choice. The hotel´s wellness with different saunas, jacuzzi - it was a real relax after hours of hiking. We thank for everything.

The only thing, but it was my fault, because I didn´t inform the hotel in advance, if somebody in a family is really tall, ask for a room on lower floors, because rooms on the top floor might have bathroom with slanting roof and it might be a little bit problematic. :)

Everything was just perfect! Room was nice, welcoming and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful all through our stay, even when we had some trouble starting our car they called a mechanic to come have a look and replace the battery. The area around the hotel is lovely. You can walk for miles and just breathe in fresh alpine air. Breakfast was pretty good and typical of the area. One very big plus at this hotel was the dedicated play room for kids under 8 years old. Our kids just loved playing in there after a long day of hiking. Parking is free and abundant. Fantastic hotel and well priced for the area and season. I will definitely be back if i am visiting the area again.

There's nothing to not like. If i had to nitpick, the hotel lies on a fairly busy road so it can get noisy. Wasn't a problem for me though. I slept very well every night.

It was very clean, the bed was comfy and cozy, the building looks very nice and it's peaceful to chill on the balcony, watching the hills. Free parking available in front. The city is very chill and peaceful, you can have a walk in the evening, nothing much else to do. The breakfast was very good, with several things to choose from.

The noise! Noise is everywhere, you get waken up by people talking or running through the hallway, people talking on the balcony or moving their chairs on the balcony (balcony is shared, not individual per each room). The bathroom sink tap was barely moving and very difficult to operate. The dinner was a full course meal, having two different options for each stage of the meal, but all of them were tasteless, lacking salt and pepper (and none provided on the table).

It was a very comfortable stay and definitely to remember. The staff went out of their way to be nice and there were a lot of facilities to keep you busy specially if you are traveling with kids. The view and the weather was spectacular and the hotel itself was very well built and preserved. The breakfast was also quite good.

We booked a room with four beds but what we got was actually a standard double bed room with two separate foldable single beds around the room.

Very professional staff. Spectacular breakfast. Huge and recently refurbished room with clean parquet instead of the usual carpet. Ski bus included in the tourist tax, frequent and a 2-minute walk from the hotel, always empty, so you can reach Plan de Corones in a maximum of 20 minutes comfortably seated. Large sauna area. Leisure room (table tennis, table football, ...) comfortable and well maintained. Packed lunch service on request.

If you want to find a point where there is room for improvement (but I would not speak of a defect) I would say that the restaurant was perfect for half board but does not excel in quality and variety, if you are interested in local cuisine.

Very friendly family hotel in a beautiful location excellent for winter sporting activities both skiing and cross-country skiing. Heated ski boot radiator depot. Enjoyable sauna complex with mineral water, soft drink and tea offer. Kind staff and cosy lounge. Free ski bus with 1 minute far bus stop. Good local wine selection.

Breakfast is ok, but a bit average with not much change during 5 days. The dinner cook could also improve. Sauna closes at 19:30, it should have been open longer as most of us need a long rest after skiing. But all in all it is excellent value/price ratio, so I would truly recommend.

The room size - very spacious, the style of the hotel, the sauna, the playroom. The bed was comfortable as well. Also the breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly in general, but I did not like the fact that we were specifically informed that they do not consider 8 and 9 as a good review, so we should give them 10.

The dinner was awful. Some dishes were just inedible, even if we did not expect much. + see my comment above about the staff

Lovely quiet location and rooms at the back have a wonderful maintain view. Friendly and helpful personnel, spa facilities (seen, not used) and enough parking space. Dinner menu looked a bit limited (2 options for each course) but was not tested, we chose to eat outdoors, but the extensive breakfast buffet was lovely.

Balcony at the rear is shared with the adjacent rooms (small dividers but no privacy), beds were slightly on the harsh side to my personal liking, room was very warm and no A/C.
