The staff is just amazing, one of the best service we have ever got. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the quantities are generous. They are able to accommodate intolerances, which does not always happen in places with a set menu. The hotel is spacious, with different environments (terrace, lounge, restaurant). The spa is very nice as well, however, the cap is required for the pool. We didn't want to buy it but we found it a bit limiting.

The hotel is quite outdated, it needs a great refreshing. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the room next door and on the corridor. We are light sleepers but we were lucky that the hotel wasn't full. The TV in our room did not work (the facilities guy was lovely and he tried his best, but he let us know it was a digital TV, that is, no channels...)

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of the region. Deluxe room is spacious, plenty of sockets, a little seating area and loads of cupboard space. Seperate bathroom and separate toilet and a good breakfast. Prosecco in the room as I ordered and some fresh fruit. Lovely! Friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces and a nice bar area for cosy evenings. Wellness spa is brilliant; indoor swimming pool, showers, changing rooms, massage area, 6 saunas (in two of these kids are also allowed), warm feet bath, three relaxing areas (one heated), a large outdoor area and a bathrobe/swimming cap/slipper service (€15 a package). Other than that: I would definitely recommend! Pretty old room, but spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower is nice, view is great and it's really nice that the toilet is seperate from the bathroom. Safe in the room. Half an hour drive from Lago di Braies and some really cute villages in the area. Wheelchair friendly and a 10-minute walk from the village centre. Other than that you really have to use a car to get around.

Only two negative things that I can think of are that a) the restaurant has a very limited menu so we chose to head into the surrounding villages for dinner and b) they boast a tennis court on their website, but as you can see in the photos that court hasn't been tended to in a really long time. Really small TV and unfortunately no (mini)fridge.

The staff is very friendly!

There is no fridge, brush and extra payment for dressing gowns in the room, these are very important and basic things that should be emphasized if they are not there. Breakfast is monotonous and simple. For dinner, there is no salad like everywhere else neither before, nor in the middle, nor after the meal. Also, dinners are too late at 19:30h, and breakfast should be half an hour earlier, if you are a person who is in a hurry to reach the groomed slopes, you will have to go skiing without breakfast.Wi fi is not good at all, very bad.

The staff is amazing and the property was even better than expected with large clean rooms with beautiful views! We were so impressed we even added another night here. Despite our unforeseen late arrival, we were welcomed warmly by Florian. The kitchen staff was kindly waiting on us before closing for the evening. Also, we were a group of 9 celebrating a special birthday. Florian and the others very graciously searched and found a special cake for our celebration, making this one of the most special memories of our 2.5 weeks in Italy. Lastly, breakfast had a large, delicious variety to satisfy all tastes.

Everything was absolutely wonderful!

We both had a massage from Cristina and it was WONDERFUL!! I highly recommend that. The pool and spa area were great. The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming. Florian greeted us and was great the entire time. Maria and Leona were in the dining room and they were wonderful with every breakfast and the dinner we had.

We were on the top floor so with no AC it was quite warm. We asked for a fan but they didn't have any. My one suggestion would be to have a few small fans during summer. The rooms on the top floor likely get the hottest.

Fantastic place! The rooms were much larger than in the photos. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a fascinating view of mountains and villages. The staff is nice and helpful!

The pool is not open in the morning and closes at 8 pm. So if you come back after your daily trip you can't make it to the pool. The breakfast was exactly the same for both days.

There were two negative points need to be taken in consideration: because of the hotel near a noisy highway and the weather is too hot need to close all windows; they need to provide cooling system for the rooms or fans for each room to avoid opening the windows and suffer from highway noises.

Lovely welcoming staff and good quality , clean , comfortable hotel facilities including a restaurant, bar , indoor pool and wellness spa. Great breakfast.

The hotel was very nice, stuff was very friendly. Location is also very quiet. Breakfast was nice. Hotel also has a restaurant for dinner. So all good! Rooms are also quite big, was very comfortable.

The family sauna didn’t work.
