Hotel Ave

Although hotel has only 2 stars it would deserve better rating. Stefano and his staff was one the best hotel hosts I've ever experienced (better than in any 5 star hotels). My room was very cozy with everything I needed - balcony, shower with toilet bidet and towels, comfortable bed and wardrobe for my clothes. Also I appreciate opportunity of breakfast, dinner, drink from bar and lounger on the beach (but you have to pay them extra).

There's almost nothing with what I'd be unhappy. Maybe breakfast menu would be more extended and fridge in room would be also great. And for someone rooms would be quite small. But besides that I love that hotel and I already know where to return when I'll return back to Rimini.

The accomodation is very close to the beach and few mins from main street full of restaurants. The owner was really nice, always smile on his face and very helpful. Breakfast was homemade croissants and cakes. They were delicious :) I enjoyed the stay. I recommend this place. Thank you :)

The only thing was that wifi on my floor wasn´t working properly. I restarted the router few times and sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn´t but overall it wasn´t a big deal for me since vacation is not about a good wifi :)

Small and cosy hotel located near the sea, but not in the promenade. Thanks to that you can enjoy the peace and quiet even in Rimini. Hotel was very clean and neat. The owner always rident, kind and very helpful. He speaks english very well, so there was no problem to comunicate. The breakfast was really tasty. The room was a little bit small, but contained everything what we need. Perfect place to stay for few nights.

A little bit small bathroom with minimalistic solution. Shower was exactly above the toilet and there was no power not to take a shower with the toilet side by your side. We handled this situation, but biger man might has the problem to fit there. On the second floor we didn’t have wifi connection. Hovewer these small inconveniences we still recommend the hotel!

nice patio area for breakfast; easily reach most places

most family hotels here are 80's "styled", not very fancy. Single rooms tend to be quite tiny with wet bathrooms (Taiwan / hk style shower)

Hotel located near beach, but not in the main street, that allows to avoid city noise. Good service, clean hotel, nice hotel's owner, who are making a coffe by himself during breakfast. For additional price you can choose dinner in hotel, which is very delicious. I recommend.

Calm location,next to the seaside. Nice breakfast.

Wifi doesn't worked good in the room.
