Breakfast was more than acceptable but could have done with a little more choices - staff were very friendly and helpful - rooms were a good size

There was a bar / restaurant next door playing loud music somedays till 2am in the morning - was not the owners fault but they had a major storm just before we arrived which broke some rooms air conditioning but they kindly offered a reduced price for these rooms - European plugs were the old style thinner connection prongs so no adapters taken worked. However, for me the biggest issues was that although Booking.com stated there was a restaurant they had not been serving meals since the start of covid. - they need a bin in front courtyard for a pet friendly hotel

The staff were very helpful and pleasant the room was excellent very large, the fridge in it did not work. My dogs enjoyed staying there but you had to be careful as they could have gone through the protective railings outside the window and fallen to the ground as they are small! A very enjoyable town to visit and place to stay.

management listened to and actioned our requests for a quiet room with good lighting and air conditioning and with a walk in shower (not over bath one). l also liked the spacious room & comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Brilliant location of hotel for town centre and eating places.

Great rooms, friendly staff and quiet location.

At the time we were staying the air conditioning didn’t work but rooms had huge windows so airflow was great.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming.

The only down side was the hotel bar which didn't have beer.
