We were passing through Tortona. That's why we stopped for one night. In general, not bad, there is air conditioning, enough Parking spaces, a sweet breakfast. There is a large store nearby. The staff is friendly, but speaks little English.

The Hotel Oasi is currently undergoing renovations with our room aleady modernised. It was clean, fresh, large and perfectly adequate for our stay. The breakfast was average but was included in price. My only criticism was the poor service offered by the Chineses staff, who were always on their mobiles playing games and were always grumpy, never smiling. On check-in there were glasses everywhere around the Bar which is adjacent to the reception. At breakfast there were still used glasses everywhere - the Chineses atff didn't seem to care about cleaning up, but the African staff worked hard sweeping, polishing, wiping down and was working very hard. I was disappointed with the service.

Chinese staff need to smile and be welcoming to their guests and make the front area clean and free of used glasses.

The hotel staff did not provide an invoice for the stay at the hotel. They refused to issue the original invoice and did not send a copy to the email address (this service was requested, since the documents are necessary for the accounting department of our company)

We asked for changing the 1 of the rooms we had booked and they did it with no problem. And the bed was comfy.

We had booked 2 double rooms for 4 of us. 1 of the rooms was almost okay for 1-night stay. Cleanness was okay and heating was okay. About the other room; we asked for a change as it was really unacceptable. The new 2nd room was still significantly worse than the 1st room. None of them was as nice as in the photos. The cleanness was not really okay and the heating was not really okay either. Fortunately, we slept there a single night.
