It is close to the metro station. The neighborhood is calm and the balcony is very nice. Everything was clean and the host was very polite. The Wi-Fi works well, and the check-in process is well described. There are good markets and restaurants nearby.

For that amount of money, breakfast should be better. Every morning, breakfast is one croissant or donut in the coffee shop near the apartment. We stayed there for 4 nights, and not a single time did anyone change the towels or empty the trash can.

The room was private and the self-checkin was easy (once I've asked the manager for the codes via the app). I've had a room with a balcony and this was great to work at. The actual desk in the room is a bit gloomy.

The place is a little run down and full of dust. I did not object it too much over 1 night. But for 70e/night I'd expect a little tidier setup with no broken lamps (:

Information about the self-check-in app was only in one confirmation email, easy to miss. The phone number to accomodation doesn't work during night (problem only in context missing check-in instructions), during day fast reactions via WhatsApp.. I strongly recommend the owner to update the instructions to be visible directly in the booking com app or to bookingcom support to be helpful in time, when your phone is shutdown

2 not so good points: impossible to find parking and if you do find it don't move your car until the day you check out..which is possible as you can just walk almost anywhere...the water in the bathroom.. really slow once flushed the toilet..in case you need to flush it twice...it takes ages...but very weak also in the shower ..the shower head nozzle was full/ clogged with limescale and water was just splashing everywhere.. let alone the bidet.. They could do better .. maybe their cleaning team?

Property is located in a very nice part of Rome, two stops from Colosseum. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop right next to it, very cute little place. Also, there are few places where you can eat great italian food.

No AC when I was staying, but it is there usualy.

The room is in a great location, close to the subway, so all the famous sites of Rome are accessible within a few stops. The room is clean and spacious.

The only recommendation is to slightly improve the breakfast offer in the restaurant.

you will need to have a mobile data to contact the host, because this is a airbnb, no a hotel so there is not any desk.

The apartment was wonderful and clean , the location also was great , there were bus station and also subway station near the apartment. We had a great holiday in this apartment and I really appreciate the host's kindness and his super behaviour.

Everything were great. The staff was very friendly. The apartment had everything that we needed, bedrooms were big and clean. The one of the bedrooms has big sunny balcon and smart tv. In the bathroom there is wash machine which is big plus. Definitely worth the money.

Close to Piramide train /metro station. Clean and easy to access. The owner is nice.

In one if our nights stay there was a lot of noise coming from the next room. There was a kind of little chaos.
