The staff were lovely and accommodating, value for money was great and whilst the location does require a walk, bus or train into central Rome there are great transport links. Room is no frills, but it was clean, good AC and housekeeping came every day. Good local shops & food options if you don't want to travel far, but we mostly used this for coffees in the morning or a lunchtime gelato.

The lady who runs breakfast is really lovely, and the pastries are great, but a few more options with both food and drink options would make it great for something to keep you going until lunch. There's no lift, which as a young couple with backpacks only was fine, but be wary if you've got large luggage or are less physically capable for whatever reason.

Breakfast was good with yogurt and cereals, variety of croissants and great coffee. I stayed here 2 times, both rooms were big but the one on the third floor had mold due to possible water leakage form the ceiling. The one on the first floor did not have issues. Both times we got a room with either a balcony or a terrace which was great. Air conditiong was good and the stafff was friendly.

Mold on the ceiling on the first room. Not an issue but should be taken in account that the hotel has no elevator, so it's quite a lot of stairs with luggage if you're on a higher floor.

Really lovely friendly helpful staff. Nicole was amazing, perfect English and some good recommendations. Really nice restaurants close by. Clean. Fresh towels everyday and room made up.

Chairs screeching on the floor was annoying. Only one plug so had a swap out the fridge when using the kettle. No cups in room.

The location is in the middle of the city. Around 600m from Ostiense train station. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. The room was as mentioned in the pictures. All the facilities that were mentioned in Booking.com for this room were provided. Overall it was a nice experience.

There was no lift in the hotel. We had to carry our luggage via stairs. Although it was on the 1st floor so it's okay.

The breakfast was excelent, the personal was kind, the hotel is well positioned and close to all the tourist attractions, you can walk easily.

There is a bar near the hotel & in week-end they party until morning, is diffcult to rest.

Everything was amazing! Administration was so friendly and helpful, tasty breakfast (patisserie, oh, that donuts 🤤… granola, milk, yoghurt, near 5-7 types of coffee, a lot of types of tea, ham, cheese, toast, few type of jams, and I’m sure I forgot something) location was great, near 7 cosy cafe in few steps, also fountain with water which u can drink, food markets in 150-400 m from hotel. Metro and train station. I wish to back there again ❤️

There was no minuses

Everything was clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable. Wi-Fi was not blazing fast but had no trouble streaming YouTube, calling or browsing the web. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was OK overall. During the first 10 days or so of our stay, there weren’t any cheese and ham for toast. Sometimes there weren’t enough clean tables and we had to call and clean them. Overall it was an alright breakfast but it’s something they can improve it.

Staff was nice and friendly, the room was big enough for a solo traveler, I had my own pretty big balcony

It was loud outside in the street during the night, the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbours, the breakfast was very basic

The room is spacious, air conditioning worked good, apartament was clean, breakfast was surprisingly tasty.

There was problem with getting iron from reception, the neighbourhood doesnt look safety.
