We stayed in a quadruple room on the third floor, it had comfortable sleeping for a family of 2 adults and 2 grown up teenagers, all good sized beds (no sofa beds) we had an outdoor balcony and room was very clean and spacious. Excellent location for exploring Rome couldn't fault the hotel, have stayed in other hotels in the city but would reccommend this one!

Breakfast room was small and it gets very busy in the morning but food choice was good and this didnt impact on my stay at all and I would happily book this hotel stay again

The lift seemed temperamental in the mornings but this was possibly because cleaning staff were using it to move linen. We were on the 5th floor so the lift was important!

Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Had no problems in keeping my luggage safe as I came about 5 hours early and checked out late. Briefed us regarding the city and tours also. They have a 24 hour service hence you will always find someone at the reception to help out - Excellent. Wonderful breakfast with large options/ variety to select from. Not to be missed. Very centrally located especially for Spanish Steps and the main street below it. Just 5 minutes away. Trevi fountain is also close by went on foot both in the morning and night. Awesome!!!

Clearing of thrash from main lobby should be done more often. Toilet next to dining hall also requires regular cleaning.

Best hotel breakfast ever and great location, 15-20 minute walk from almost any major site. Breakfast: lots of yummy pastries, egg dishes, vegetable dishes, meats, fruit, coffee juice options. Excellent concierge services for dinner recommendations/reservations/calling taxi, etc.

The people at the reception were very helpful. Roger helped us in the last morning after transfer didn't arrive as it was supposed to. Breakfast was better than we expected and it was actially it worked out as a brunch for the whole family for three days. Our room wasn't big, but it was big enough. Everything was clean from top to bottom. The elevator is for two people, but it is an old building so it's obvious. The location is very good and it takes just a few minutes walk to get to Di Trevi fountain for example.

The temperaturein the hotel room was high (28 degrees), but we were able to cool down the room by opening two windows.

I struggled to get a nice temperature in the room. First night I went to the reception to ask to lower the room temperature since we can't do it from the room. They said they lowered, but the temperature in the room was the same after that. Next day, I asked again and they said it was already lowered the day before but they could lower it more. I agreed, but the room temperature was still the same again. At this point I gave up and opened the window for a couple minutes to freshen the room just to be swarmed by mosquitoes.

The room was clean, the staff is very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is located near historic sights, easy to walk to the Trevi fountain and to the Pantheon. A metro stop and a busy shopping street is also nearby yet the hotel is quiet and peaceful.

On our second stay we got a room where the bed was on a gallery. The steps of the stairs leading up to the bed are quite high but it had a railing for safetyso it was not an issue.

Location of the hotel was realy great, every top tourist spots in Rome were 15 to 20 minutes walk away from hotel. Also the staff and reception was really on point. Our room was really comfortable for 4 people. Breakfast also was good.

Nothing much too say except that the room was getting pretty chilly in the mornings despite turning on the a/c that was working properly.

Location, breakfast was good, very clean,it seems that it had been renovated recently.

Air conditioning system did not work.

the location was outstanding. the staff were incredible. we had a view with the most amazing view over the city. we would definitely stay here again.

I love everything about it. however sometimes the breakfast had too much eggs and not enough veggies! a very small “issue” of course because everything else was wonderful
