Excellent location, next to most major tourist attractions. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Navona Square, also 5 minutes from Spain Square & Spanish Steps and main shopping avenues. Great restaurant selection less than 200 meters away. Complimentary espresso coffee & tea selection + sweets for morning or afternoon snacks. Excellent Internet (wifi) connection. Very good spund insulation from other tooms and from the street. We booked transportation service with the hotel, turned out it was a great idea, and only 5 euro more expensive than the regular taxi fare to and from Fiumicino airport.

The property was absolutely fantastic,location super close to everything,super clean and the room was pretty big so was very comfortable. The staff was a 10/10. Luca was very kind and friendly,and also another guy who unfortunately I don’t know his name. But all the staff in general was ready to help if needed and for any inconvenience they were there. I will definitely come back.

Room got a bit cold,but the air con had the heat option so at the end no complaints. 9 out of 10.

The location was great, right in the middle of everything. 5 min Walking to the Trevi Fountain and 10 - 20 to almost anywhere else you want to go. Very clean in the rooms, great shower and comfortable beds. John was wonderful and excellent customer service.

The look is very deceiving when you first arrive. There was a smell when you first walk-in the door on the lower level, cannot smell it once inside the rooms. Elevator very small for multiple bags of luggage.

The hotel was fantastic, perfect location right by the Trevi Fountain! The rooms were huge and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the coffee machine and water cooler were a great bonus!

My only feedback would be that sometimes the water cooler was empty and there were no coffee pods left, and because the desk isn't manned 24/7 it meant missing out on the morning coffee and having to wait to refill our water.

Reception staff was amazing. Luca and his colleague attended to all our needs and questions. The location was absolutely perfect. 15 min walk in any direction to see something amazing. Close to the hop on and off bus and cafe´s/bars and restaurants even within 2min walk. Communication before arriving was perfect.

We at first walked past the property as at first it wasn´t clear this was the place. The shower was missing a function but was working and we also didn´t have a big problem with it.

Perfect location, not too noisy from street, very clean, comfy bed. Less than 5min walk from metro station. Coffee and water available in the kitchen. We checked out in the morning and we left the bags until our flight later in the afternoon, Luca was waiting for us, very welcoming and friendly.

The Air Conditioning was great, must have in July! Very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. A great location.. great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend!

The street out front looks a bit rough, but it is a blessing, taxi/Uber can pick you up in front

Fantastic location. Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful (especially Luca and John). We didn’t expect a cleaning g service during our stay, so this was a very welcome surprise. Coffee, tea, water and pastries provided for breakfast. we enjoyed the communal terrace

We didn’t dislike anything, but the fridge in our room was really tiny

The location was great, 3-5 minutes from the metro station. The cleanliness of the facility was extremely high with everyday cleaning.

I did not like the payment case, because I had the reservation of the room with the "pay at the property" option and the hotel has charged before arrival by credit card, when I had the communication and asked for the refund the amount, they said that it was not charge, it was the blocking amount. But unfortunately after communication with the Bank it was reviled that it was the payment and I was really charged before the arrival. There was the additional tax also, it was the city tax and during the reservation it was not mentioned, that's why I was expecting the general taxes and charges and there was the additional one.

The location is perfect! Close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The breakfast could be as filling as you want and the omelette was lovely. Great local selection of restaurants nearby. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful.
