After i came back to my room, I found the safe open

nice place location is perfect actually the manager is amazing and gentlemen I face issues with one of the staff she was very roods and not helpful but the manager really is professional he deal with issue and he is helpful and very professional with dealing with customers because of the manager attitude I will visit again

one of the staff blond lady when i checked in was very roode and unprofessional the way she talk and acted in strange way and try to plame the booking but the manager is very nice

Location, location, location! Perfect for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Comfy beds, bed linen, luxury toiletries and friendly staff. It was the second time we stayed in the hotel because of its location. It was nice of the staff to give us a bottle of prosecco as a token of appreciation.

Breakfast could definitely be better. Breakfast is served in the room. The price includes a basic breakfast, but everything costs extra - 15 Euros for one toast with avocado and egg or small portion of scrambled eggs with bacon ... Lousy selection of teas. Basically only black and black light. Let's not forget that we are talking about a five-star hotel where champagne is sometimes included. There was noise around the hotel, something was being renovated. The suites to the courtyard were dark, no matter the floor level. The view was into a dirty courtyard and you could hear the noise from the air conditioning units as well.

The room was exactly as in the pictures, the staff were lovely, helping and super friendly, and the hotel is incredibly beautiful

The breakfast was not suitable for the hotels prestige, and price, as you get pastries, yogurt and the basics that any 50€ hotel breakfast has, but if you want pancakes or even any kind of eggs, you need to pay extra, and it’s definitely not a cheap extra!

A great place to stay to see Rome. Although the location may the very best aspect of this property (~10-15 minute walks to many of Rome’s most famous sites), the property and management themselves were also outstanding. The hotel and the rooms are on the small side, but very well laid out and therefore very comfortable. Breakfast is served in your room - a great way to start a busy day. The staff were also a pleasure to interact with - went beyond the call of duty to meet our needs.

Great location and perfectly located in the heart of Role. The Coliseum was a 20 min walk. Everything else was less than 20 minutes (Forum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps). The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions.

We wish the property had a restaurant. However we ordered room service and someone how they got us breakfast every morning.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and a brilliant central location; we couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is so clean and fresh, everything you need and more is in the room or available. The staff were amazing, so helpful and attentive, great knowledge of some super restaurants, even prepared a packed breakfast on our early start. We will come back to Corso 281, the location is so central to the history, the shopping and great food.

The staff went out of their way to get us a kosher breakfast! They were super sweet, and the hotel was beautiful and comfortable, with amazing beds and location. They even gave us super late checkout!

Note to management: the check-in staff were talking about us in Italian, which I was able to understand and did not appreciate.
