This hotel is fantastic and easily worthy of 5 stars. The whole place is stylish and immaculate, the staff are incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly, and the hotel is in a perfect position in Rome to walk to pretty much any of the main sightseeing spots and 100s of restaurants. We'd arranged through the reception for a transfer from the airport from one of their drivers. An extra cost, but felt like an exclusive treat. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica, who took us upstairs to the hotel restaurant, gave us coffee and pastries and went though the general hotel information and where the hotel was in relation to the various places of interest. She let us know that the staff were happy to make dinner reservations, arrange/book tours or taxis. As we had booked our various activities in advance we were already sorted, but it was nice to know they were there to help. We were shown to our room, which was beautifully presented with more welcome pastries and fruit. The room had lots of other nice little touches, such as robes, slippers, eye masks, a coffee machine and both still and sparkling bottles of water (which were replaced daily). They even left Valentines Day balloons in the room. We had pre-booked a meal at the hotel restaurant for the first night (this was done with ease simply by emailing the reception). The food was great - we had a mixed salad and the Cacio e Pepe, which was very tasty. We also enjoyed the focaccia bread which had been made on site that day. The restaurant itself was relaxing and comfortable and the staff were again lovely. Breakfast was served in the same restaurant and there were some nice options to choose from. The weather was (just about) warm enough to enjoy it outside on the terrace which was an added bonus to be able to sit outside. I imagine it would be brilliant in the summer. We also had a cocktail up in Jim's Rooftop bar on the first night, which was good too. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel...

We loved everything about this hotel!! There are only 30 rooms and you feel very special from the minute you arrive. The staff is so kind and inviting. The rooms are very clean and very quiet. The breakfast was included in our stay and my husband and I looked forward to it every single day. The location is perfect and only steps from most attractions. We didn’t take a taxi once. This was our first trip to Rome, but if we ever return we will be staying at Singer Palace. Quite possibly our favorite Hotel we have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent, careful service, fresh food, comfortable and relaxed ambiance. Beautiful building. Loved the interior design. It was a lovely experience from the first moment until the check-out. One can easily see that the staff is happy working there. They are doing their job not only out of necessity and as it's their duty, but they are clearly enjoying their jobs and meeting new people. We would like to extend our special thanks to the hotel manager, Ms. Federica Fuga who has spent more than one hour with us during our check-in procedure and giving information about the hotel and the city, as well as recommendations about the restaurants worth visiting.

I could have used more easily accessible power outlets and a more spacious working area in a suite, but the rest of the service and staff's friendliness compensated for this.

I had a remarkable experience at Singer Palace Hotel. The location is perfect, walking distance from historical sites, touristic attractions, great restaurants, and shopping streets. I traveled with my child and the staff was impeccable 100% of the time in kindness and attention to me and my kid. The concierge service was perfect, as well as reception, and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were first class in quality, presentation, and options. The room was well equipped with everything new, comfy, and beautiful decoration. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Rome.

We visited singer palace hotel for my wife’s 30th birthday. The hotel staff including federica went out of their way to make the stay special for us, starting with a tour of the hotel including the terrace and then showing us to our room which was very kindly upgraded to a superior suite for the occasion. I had asked the hotel to make a gluten free chocolate cake for my wife which was incredible. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. Every corner of the hotel is well thought out with excellent decor. the breakfast was amazing and we prefer being able to order what we want rather than buffet service. location was excellent being only 5 minutes walk from the trevi fountain and the pantheon. there is even a venchi 2 mins down the road for gelato!

The hotel despite its luxurious feel and excellent location is slightly overpriced given it lacks certain facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, reception area. However that was not what we were looking for during our trip. The only other thing we were upset about was that our cake which we had made especially for my wife’s birthday (€40) was thrown away just before we checked out of the hotel and we had told a few staff that we wanted to take it away with us. The staff told us it was because it had eggs in it and would have been unsafe. they did however give us some fruit and small cakes to make up for it!

The location is perfect for visiting the historic district, between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The lobby is beautiful, the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They arranged transportation to and from the airport which worked perfectly. They made dinner reservations for us which got us in some places that had long lines on the street. Breakfast was included and was all you can eat, made to order. The rooftop bar was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and the drinks were fantastic. I don’t have one bad thing to say.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave.

The hotel and staff were flawless. This is an exceptional hotel with the most professional and considerate staff. They have found a way to be excellent and professional with a easy charm.. The food was delicious. The rooftop bar had not only a elegant view but the ambiance created by the staff, aesthetics and the music made it feel magical. It was simply perfect in every way. I will come back to Rome and I will only stay at the Singer Palace.

That I had to leave.

Food was excellent, family room was perfect and the location is second to none. A stones throw from the main shopping area and a short walk to the main tourist sites. The hotel had a lovely roof top terrace - a little nippy for February but we did venture there on the last day. We also had a late flight home and the hotel booked taxi and looked after our cases for the day. Can’t fault the hotel - it added to an absolutely fab visit to Rome.

Beds were a little on the firm side but that’s being fussy.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, 5 minutes to the Spanish steps, 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain and 30 minutes to Vatican City. The staff are awesome. Vincenzo in the restaurant was so nice and friendly especially when our delayed flight meant we arrived over an hour late for our dinner reservation. Dinner itself was delicious. Breakfast each morning was also great. Loads of options including cannolis! The cappuccinos could have been hotter though.

Everything was awesome but it’s not cheap. We paid about €500 per night. Despite the hotel being great, we have stayed at places which were as nice, with great food, and great location in other cities which were better value. The bar was also really expensive. We paid €35 for a glass of wine and a gin and tonic. That’s not really competitive considering all the other options available in the area.

Great location and very comfortable room. Would certainly stay again. Got to also give credit to Lavinia - the bar waitress on the beautiful rooftop terrace bar on the 6th floor - the most lovely and hardest working member of staff at the hotel.

There are quite a lot of rooms / guests for the one small glass elevator the building has. We found in the evenings with people going up and down from the restaurant (5th floor) and the roof top bar (6th floor) that it could be quite a wait for the lift to finally stop for us (on the 2nd floor) to go either up or down.
