Lovely B&B within an easy walk to Vatican and Old parts of Rome. Clean and comfortable with some quirky decor. Augusto the owner is wonderful. Friendly, enthusiastic and offering fantastic advice on attractions and places to eat . His breakfasts are fantastic. While we were there he had to travel out of Rome for an emergency to visit a close friend who had been in an accident and was in intensive care. Augusto arranged for our breakfast to be provided by a local cafe and allowed us to check out late in the afternoon ourselves to catch our 8pm flight from Rome. Despite being very worried about his friend, he was still concerned about our comfort.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. We traveled with our family. We didn't know exactly how to get there at first, but Augusto answered us within minutes and told us exactly where to go and how to find him. The welcome was very nice, Augusto is very friendly and showed us everything we needed. Augusto also gave us a map and lots of tips to get to many attractions quickly, it was really very helpful! We would not have found all the interesting places by ourselves so fast and would not have known to visit them at all. The location of the hotel is ideal, all major attractions are within walking distance. There are many bakeries, cafes and restaurants, many different clothes shops, souvenir shops nearby. The hotel was very clean, cozy, with very interesting interior style. Our room was very very clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfy, the view was to the street but it was pretty cool. There was air conditioning, wardrobe, racks, shelves, table, chairs, all you need. The bathroom was very clean, included shower, toilet, bidet etc. Augusto had prepared everything for us. For breakfast, we could say what we wanted and Augusto organized everything. We are very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely visit again when we go to Rome and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Augusto is an EXCELLENT host who was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, airconditioned, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotless, large Augusto even provided us with new toothbrushes, mouthwash, bath soap and shampoo. He changed our towels every two days. He prepared an excellent breakfast each morning and gave us valuable travel tips each day. To top it all off on the last day he took our luggages himself to a local shop to store our luggages while we made the most of our last day in rome - note he usually offers to keep the luggages at his apartment till you leave Rome, but he had an urgent appointment on our last day and rather than having us carrying our luggage around, he took it upon himself to take them to a local luggage storing shop. We had no issues whatsoever.

Location walkable to majority of city sights. Near Metro station for longer days that we wanted a ride back. Easy to and from train station. Room was large for a room in Central Rome with a family of 4. WiFi was fast and consistent. Bed and bathrooms both well appointed. Augusto checked-in frequently to make sure we were comfortable, he was very knowledgeable about the city and helpful with advice for filling in days with local sight seeing.

The room is right on a local tram line which was initially a bit loud, but we soon got used to it.

The value for money is great. I would recommend to others. The location is amazing, just 6 minutes walk away from the Vatican City, and 4 minutes walk to Metro Station. The neighbourhood is safe. The room is comfortable and cozy. Room size is decent. Good amenities provided by the host. The shower is hot and constant. Great lighting. The host Augusto is extremely friendly and passionate, and very informative as well. He even provided toothbrush for guests. Good room design, very colourful. Air-conditioning is great. I had a good stay there.

Wi-fi connection is not good, I cannot really receive it on my phone. The blanket is just a single flimsy sheet which I dont really prefer.

We really enjoyed having very comfortable beds which isn't always the case in other guest houses or even hotels. Also the location was great and the breakfasts were really enjoyable, Augusto cooked eggs and sausages fresh each morning which was great.. Augusto is very helpful, happy guy and we liked him very much as our host he gave us good advice and offered suggestions of interesting places to also visit, thanks Augusto for a lovely stay at your B&B.

I really liked the location, easy walk to the Vatican and several other must see sites. The host is really informative and gives great restaurant tips. There are restaurants everywhere. The room has a private bathroom across the hall, which was clean and good shower with hot water. Good sized bedroom with aircon. Delicious breakfast was cooked for me, and a special effort of breakfast packed up for my early morning departure next day. Overall a really great stay! And there's a lift!

Perfectly clean. Excellent location with good transportation options. Strong WiFi. Augusto is very friendly and helpful, always ready to explain, to advise and trying to solve any your problem if needed. The bathroom isn't inside the room, it was in front of the room, two steps of it. But it's absolutely private, we got a key and could lock it when we wanted. So we didn't feel any inconvenience.

The location is perfect. Everything was accessible as the area is perfect for all the tourists attractions. There are restaurants everywhere and cafes. The B&B is very homey and Augusto is very helpful, accommodating and made sure our stay was very pleasant. The room we booked is very spacious and comfortable.

Just the bunk beds were not really suitable for adults but still works. Other than that it is a really great place to stay in Rome.

Perfect room in a beautiful style. Divided in in a large sleepingroom and a smaller part with two reading chairs. After two nights we got fresh sheets. We had an own seperate and very good modern bathroom with a good shower. Every day clean towels and everything was tidy and clean. In the morning Augusto made breakfast at the time we wanted it. Even if it was 07.00 in the morning. Fot Italian standards it was a perfect breakfast. Sweet bread, eggs and sausages, coffee, really fresh made espresso. Further more Augusto gave us all the information that you don't read in the travelguides to make our stay in Rome even more pleasant. The location: 5 minutes walk from Vaticano en 5 minutes walk to the subway to the rest of Roma. Enough places te eau and drink in the direct neighborhood. In skhort words: perfect, beautiful B&B and an very friendly en helpfull owner.
