Easy to access, close of all commodities, very clean and comfortable. Maurizio is very nice and helpful, the explanations sent by WhatsApp are very helpful to find the place and to access the room. There is a lot of restaurant in the neighborhood so we don’t have to walk a lot to find one. I recommend it without hesitations

This was the perfect stay! Our first time visiting Rome and this was In a great quiet location! Situated in an old Italian building, with the original elevator. (Which I thought was cute and gave character to the building) The room was spotlessly clean! Everything we needed, clean fresh towels daily, fresh bedding and cleaned daily, room was lovely and bathroom was decent size! the host was amazing! Even gave me a little bottle of Prosecco and birthday banners in the room, which I thought was a lovely gesture! Coffee and tea making facilities, Anything you needed just watsapp him, easy instructions on how to get in and out of building and collecting keys. Would definitely return! Lovely restaurants, cafes within walking distance, 20 mins walk from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps!

Great accommodation, great host, great location. The location is just perfect for visiting everything in Rome by foot, in just 20-30 minutes walking you are at the most popular historical attractions, there was no need of using the public transport. And near the hotel are very good restaurants and the most important gelateria, and I highly recommend the La Romana. One important thing to mention is the comfortable bed, I slept like a baby after all day walking, and the room is very clean. And it seems that November is a great time for visiting Rome, the weather was just perfect.

Instructions to access the (secure) building and the room were very clear. Accommodations were very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was quite comfortable. We loved the neighborhood & felt very safe walking to cafes, pharmacy & grocery stores.

The hotel was billed as "luxury". As someone who works in the hotel industry, this is not my definition of luxury. The reality of the room size was much smaller than what was billed in the marketing photos. Other than the bed, seating consisted of two upright "kitchen" chairs. So the price/value ratio was less than anticipated. But overall, a nice stay.

The location was great, walkable distance to the main attractions and train/subway stations. The room was clean, spatious and comfortable. Staff is also very nice. Great value for the price, and as an extra, it is a few steps away from an awesome gelato place! I would not hesitate to book again for a future trip.

Room was not completely soundproof and there was some construction work being done close to the building, we could hear it throughout the day but we were still able to sleep fine. The water temperature from the shower also wasn't always consistent, but it was a minor issue.

The staff was incredibly helpful and they were cleaning our room every day! The room was beautiful, even prettier than the photos. The location was also really good because we weren't in the heart of rome which is full of tourists but we were also at walking distance from all the sights. I would 10000% recommend it.

The only downsides is that we had an issue with the a/c, it wouldn't turn to heat and sometimes the nights were a bit cold. Also, the was a problem with the water because we either had to leave it running for a few minutes to get hot water, or it wasn't hot at all.

Maurizio is a fantastic host. Very helpful and friendly. Any questions we had about transport or trips he was happy to help. The rooms are not huge but have high ceilings and have lovely tall windows. The rooms are spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The beds are very comfortable and large. We got hooked on Italian coffee, and there is a coffee machine in the room for the morning. Stayed in double most of time and a triple room for 1 night as airline changed return flight dates and needed extra night! Location is great depending on what you like. We know this area from previous stays in Rome and wanted to be in the Via Veneto area. Great restaurants and a little quieter area than the centre. Villa Borghese only 10 minute walk..Rooms are on 4th floor served by a charming old lift, as is often the way in Rome. Occasionally walked the stairs to burn off some of the incredible food we consumed in the superb restaurants. Thanks Maurizio. We had a great time.

I stayed in the triple room and it was much bigger than expected. The second bed is practically in a second room. The location was really good and we were able to walk to all the major sites from here. Trevi fountain and the pantheon are approx only about a 20 minute walk away. The rooms are cleaned every day and you have a mini fridge which was really handy for us to keep our water in as weather was hot. There is also somewhere to store luggage after you have checked out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area so it was a very nice place to sleep and to relax after a long day walking in Rome. The room was super big, very clean and airy as well. There was a mini market just around the corner. I felt very safe in the area.

The elevator. Well, The building has one of those super old elevators and, unfortunately, I got stuck in it for like 10 minutes because it was not working properly when I was there ( A resident from the building helped me out of it! Thank God!) Plus, very early in the morning, when I was on my way to the airport, the elevator wasn't working either and I had to go down 4 floors with my luggages.

The property is located in Via Veneto and it's quiet. We had very good sleep. The staff Maurizio is very nice and provided clear instructions on how to access our rooms for late check in. Tourist attractions are 20-30 mins walk from the property and the weather was nice during our stay so we enjoyed walking

The room is kind of small we had small space to move around but that's okay.
