What we valued the most was customer approach and super nice communication with Renata. Due to our flight delay we did had check in after 8 pm and Renata waited for us to let us in. Location is very convenient - metro station is close by if you want to reach old center and Vatican is 15 min away by foot. Room is convenient and comfortable, fully equipped with toiletries and water/juice. There was also some snacks in the fridge and tea/coffee with pastries. We did had small nice balcony coming with a room -perfect for breakfast. Size of the room was good for our 2 nights stay. Nice experience, really good value for price paid and extremely customer-centric approach. Very easy communication with Renata over WhatsApp.

We arrived after previously staying 3nights in Novotel in Munich for the euros and the first thing that struck us was the character of the property and the warm, personalised reception we received from the lovely Renata. The property has a fantastic location with the most serene outlook onto a typical Rome street that just oozed charm - we loved sitting on the balcony just watching Rome in action. Brekkie was great, the shower was one of those showers you don’t want to leave, the cleaner gave my wife a hug when we left and Renata helped us make the most of our brief stay in Rome - we will 100% be back!

Our host Renata was amazing The cozy accommodation was well located in Prati about 1km from the Vatican. It was clean, and well appointed with a comfy queen bed, stocked fridge, (juice water, yogourt and milk), a coffee maker, access to a microwave. Each morning a cart was waiting outside the door with breakfast croissants, fruit and cereal and two sandwiches to take on our daily outings. We had a balcony overlooking the street and we were close to many great restaurants. It was a 5 star experience for us!

Close to public transport Few bars shops etc close by Continental breakfast was lovely touch croissants coffee pasties etc Would definitely stay here again ideal for a few days in Rome.

Best communication I have ever had. Housekeeper was fantastic. Representative contacted you by WhatsApp the day prior to arrival to arrange meeting time. The room arrangement is 5 rooms on a hallway that worked just fine. Each room has a refrigerator, electric water kettle and a capsule coffee maker and many cups and glasses with a microwave in the hall. Everything you needed. Nice neighborhood in the Prati area.

The room and staff are great but if this is your first time in Rome it is far from the major tourist sites. We have been to Rome 4 times so we know our way around but if you did not it would be difficult to use the bus or metro for all sites. If you want the Vatican and Saint Peters, this is perfect.

Renata is a great host, I really appreciate she supported us with all of our requests. The room is very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning worked perfectly... specially in August when outside was 38 degrees. It is possible to park your car in front of the hotel within the white (free) or blue (paid) lines. We were very happy with our choice.

Breakfast was delicious but a bit too sweet for our preference (typical Italian breakfast) . It would be great to have more options as bacon and different options of cheese/salami.

Great location, close to the Vatican. A very nice suburban feel about the street, a short walk to Restaurants & 2 Minimarts a couple of hundred metres from the apartment block. Good veranda and bathroom. Has a very safe feel about the area. Continental Breakfast is left outside your door at 7am each morning. Our Taxi did not turn up as arranged and we had a Train to catch so it was a worry. Host Francesco offered to drive us to Rome Termini which I think was above and beyond his role! Very impressive!

The corridor outside our room can be noisy at times from other guests arriving and leaving their room. That is my only negative.

The room is behind Vatican City not so far from the metro station "Ottaviano". The breakfast is really good: full of sweet and salty things. In the room there is a fridge with water, juice and milk free and a coffee machine for make 2 coffee. There are two different kind of pillows one soft one more hard. The room is inside an apartment with other guests' rooms, so there is a common space. The place is really quite in the night, also during the weekend. The shower is very big, really comfortable.

They are amazing. I was not feeling well and requested early check in. They made the room available for 1 and half early. The support staff explained everything in detail and were very courteous. There was all the amenities in the room from coffee pods to milk and fresh juice. We were pleasantly surprised that they were all included in the booking The place is close to all the busy streets, Resturant’s and public transport is nearby. If I ever come back to Rome I know where to look for room
