The easy of booking and the helpfulness of the staff during our stay.

Just one minor. Despite having a kettle and coffee machine, there are no cups. It is not ideal to make tea and coffee in the 2 glasses provided

No staff so felt more like an airbnb

The room was spotless, clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The whole room gave a very romantic vibe. We loved it! In the room you have an Nespresso machine, selection of teas, water, juice and something sweet - a thoughtful detail. The room was cleaned everyday. The shower consistently provided hot water, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The WiFi was reliable. The check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location was great too, a quieter part of the town, bus stop and metro very close. It made it easy to explore.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

The room was comfortable and tidy! Nice bed, decoration and bathroom! Good coffee and juice. The staff was amazing and friendly! Overall really satisfied! We also checked in earlier and we were really happy since we could rest :)

The breakfast wasn't exactly proper breakfast, since there was no food, but there was nice coffee, tea and juice. Right under the rooms we found a nice bakery where we enjoyed breakfast so overall not a problem. The location is not the best since it's a bit far from all the sightseeing (except the Vatican which is close) but it was ok and good connection with public transport.

Lovely location, 10 mins from Vatican City, about a 30 min walk/subway to the more central part of Rome. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants/cafes/bars. Property was comfy with lots of amenities, perfect for a short stay. Owner was lovely and let us leave our bags at the property until our room was ready.

A little small and could be somewhat noisy in the mornings.

The room and bathroom were sparkling clean, clean towels, many restaurants and stores nearby and the apartment is close to bus and metro stations. When we managed to get in touch, the host was helpful. Daily cleaning.

In theory, breakfast was included in the room price, but breakfast meant 2 wafers, 2 espresso capsules, 2 small juices and 2 bottles of water, so.. mostly drinks, hardly a breakfast. The communication with the host is difficult. We wrote to the property 2 days prior to our arrival and we never got an answer back. After check in he gave us a whatsapp contact where he was a bit more responsive. The rooms are very close to one another, we could hear every noise the others made, even late in the night.

It was a very cozy and most beautiful room I have ever been to, the staff was so friendly and their hospitality was so good, even though I did not see them, I checked in and out by phone, but it was so easy and comfortable. I loved it and enjoyed my stay there, recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rome and be in the heart of the city.

because I forgot to book breakfast, it was not possible to buy it after my arrival, but it was not an issue, cause there were enough tee, coffee, juice, and cookies to eat in the morning!

Small but lovely room with good facilities. Private fridge and tea/coffee station was great and the daily room servicing was a nice luxury. Always lovely to come back to a clean room and tea and coffee restocked.

Poor communication. The property manager didn’t message us with check in instructions before our arrival which we really needed as there is no reception (it’s entirely self check in). Also just a little bit far away from the main parts of Rome so you’d either want to be a walking enthusiast, or grab a bike/scooter/taxi/bus.

The staff is very polite and flexible. Very helpful and professional. Very clean room, snacks and water complimentary. Very good soundproofing and blinds for total darkness at night. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very useful information for Rome. A very pleasant experience.

The breakfast is not good. It is outsourced and is only a sweet and a coffee. Typical Roman breakfast, but it is a pity because otherwise, the rooms are top quality for visitors and value for money.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. Everyday, someone was cleaning the entire room and changing the sheets. I also appreciated the light changing color in the shower AND the little balcony to take some fresh air. Seriously that was perfect for what I needed. Not too far from the metro station but enough far away from the tourist flow.
