The Room was cozy, clean and modern. The building floors were also nice. Hotel manager was very kind and helpful. We used self check-in as we arrived late to the property. Instructions have been shared with us how to enter the building, which locker has our key and a code to open the box. Everything went smooth. I highly recommend to arrive to the hotel before 21:00 CEST so that you can comfortably visit one of the restaurants nearby. There is a perfect coffee bar a street away to start the day with a coffee and fresh pastries. There are also a few very nice restaurants with delicious local food in walking distance.

Location is a bit far away with public transport from the city centre. Tram line is out of order due to maintenance work in whole July, thus expect bus rides approx. 40 min. - this is not the property 's fault of course. There was very hot during our stay and it was hard to cool down the apartment. Unfortunately our AC broke down for half a day due to unknown reasons, thus giving us a hard time to sleep in the hot room on our last night. However it was working again the next morning. Plus information: Expect delays in public transport. Always look for multiple bus numbers to reach your destination as G maps may mislead / trick you. Download Rome public transport app to verify available bus / metro lines and stations for your trip, so that you can navigate to these spots using G maps.

The room was clean and nice overall. There was a misunderstanding where the key to the room was not placed in the lock in which it was supposed to be. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. She provided us with a lot of useful information about the city and how to move. On the other hand, the room keepers were not really discreet. It was like they forced us to leave earlier than the checkout time we had on our plan, while we had already informed the reception about our departure time. Apart from that, the location is not close to the city center and all of the sights and it is a little time consuming to get there by getting 2-3 means of transportation.

We chose this hotel because we were there about 7-8 years ago and remember that it is comfortable enough and good value for money. So, its advantages are: 1. Armando was very helpful (thank him a lot with all what we ask him for especially for printing our boarding passes:) 2. Location is good, about 10-15 min walk and you are on the tram 8. About 15 min more by the tram and you are on Piazza Venezia near all main sightseeings and shopping area. Also near there is a farmacy, small grocery shop and pizza 3. Comfortable bed 4. The room was clean

1. VERY VERY POOR WI-FI 2. No frying pan in the kitchen (I couldnt make an omelette or pancakes in the morning) 3. Leak in the kithen tap (everything was wet when I wash dishes) 4. Poor sound insulation between the rooms

Apartment clean and spacious with good-sized sheltered balcony. Cooking facilities also good. Staff cleaned the apartment daily. Easy check-in. Manager Andrea very helpful. Internet reception good. Whole place gave off nice relaxing vibes.

Nothing really. It's outside the city centre, so sights like St Peter's Square mean a 30-minute bus./tram ride. But the location brings pros as well as cons. It's in a safe and quiet residential area which makes for a relaxing break from the city centre bustle. Plus it allows you to to see a different type of Rome.

Clean, spacious apartment with everything you could need for a city break. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t fault the property.

No doubt that the distance out of the city is a drawback of the property. 15 minute walk to the nearest 8 bus stop which goes to city centre. 25 minute walk to train station. All in all, you end up spending up on an hour or more of your day on transport/walking to transport .

Excellent little apartment. Facilities were very clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped although we did not use them. En suite bathroom very nice.

If there was one 'suggestion' to be made then it would be to install a couple of USB sockets as everybody has devices that need charging and these would take away the need for foreign adapters etc. Possibly also some form of information relating to bus routes towards city centre would be a big help to tourists.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly. The guy on reception gave us all information we needed and even more, he is just a star! Thanks very much Patrizia Romana Palace for our wonderful 6-night stay.

We had a little discomfort sleeping under the thin sheet. There could be a duvet in the room, but I think if we asked receptionist would organize it for us.

We've had a great time in Patrizia Romana Palace! Everything was excellent, the apartment was very nice, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The terrace is absolutely perfect! The staff was super nice and very helpful, explained to us everything we needed to know. Andrea was so great, after we checked out, he helped us so much, that we will be always thankful! 🥹

A little bit longer way to the center, but we didn't have a problem with transport.

The receptionists and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, the garden area with all the rosemaries and the olive tree scenic. I liked the spacious balcony. Everything you’d need was in the area - groceries, a café, a pharmacy and a scenic little part of town just a 20 min walk to the north. The bed was comfortable and the shower very enjoyable. I also liked that we were give a baby cot for free. The heated towel rack came in very handy.

It took us about an hour to get to the city center’ sights and some areas, for example under the bed, could have been a little less dusty. If your travelling with a toddler - we would have loved a less stony/cold floor area in the room for the baby to crawl around.

it was a bit far from the city center and major monuments and historical spots. However if you enjoy riding electric bikes it is just 18 minutes from center city on the bike. I used dott service
