The receptionist Cavin is the best who assisted as much as possible. If you are reading this, thank you so much for your understanding. We arrived in the early morning but Cavin assited to check-in in the early morning. Provided everything: hair dryer, microwave, boiler and etc. Just friendly suggestion: the hotel is pretty good and the personal too. The Radio Hotel have to value their personal (Cavin, other receptionist girl, the barwoman and the cleaner as well.

I think, check-in and check-out times need to be more convenient.

We were staying for two nights and didn't find any issue. I would say its really good for the price. The staff were really nice. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.

The hotel is not in the city center so we had to take the bus (bus stop is 2 minutes from hotel). Hotel is in older high building, on higher floor (there is a lift) and has thinner walls (it is possible to hear people from the recption, but it was not that bad). Also took some time for warm water to flow.

Friendly staff, good housekeeping, comfortable room, large bathroom. There is a bus stop and a train line close to the hotel.

The hotel is in an ugly area. For those who are going to Rome for the first time, it may leave a bad impression, because the city is old and some places are very ugly. But, there is a bus stop that takes you easily to the center of Rome and also a train line.

The staff was exceptional! We did have some issues with the room on the first day, but staff dealt with it swiftly and wonderfully. The staff was what took the hotel from good to great. Very friendly and professional . It was also always exceptionally clean.

Hotelis located on a noisy Street. Or maybe it is close to a hospital, because even through the night we would often hear ambulance sirens. I am a good sleeper,but if you wake up easily then this hotel might not suit you.

Very polite stuff, value for money, i didn't have hitting, next to a supermarket, bus station and metro, the neighbourhood though was a little bit dangerous. All in all it was an nice accommodation. Recommend it for a 3days visit not more.

A lot of extra charges like private bathroom, room with a balcony, breakfast they should consider creating fixed prices with all the services in one!!

The properties is so clean , wide , comfortable and best price when comparing with the quality.The homemade bakery in the breakfast is so delicious. The staff is really friendly and useful . They always keep smiling at me all time when I need any helps.

we need to add up the money if we need the air conditioner and private bath room . The elevator is so small.

Just the busy street out side the hotel a lot of noise, but it's not the hotels fault, and for me it's not a big deal because the staff made me comfortable enough to ignore the noise outside!.... RECOMMEND 110%

Nice and clean hotel, they literally cleaned the room everyday. We stayed there for 5 night. Location was great we could walk to all main destinations. When we travel we use hotels only for night sleep and shower, so this hotel was perfect for that location wise and price wise. The customer service was great, I would say one of the best ones.

You have to leave the keys in the reception when you go out for your day. This was unusual at first and then we got used to it.

The hotel is very close to the Trastevere metro station and other public transport, the location is also surrounded by many public transport. It is also close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The room upgrade was very nice and clean with private bathroom and good facilities.

The bed could be more comfortable.

Best value hotel in Rome! Clean and well organized, the bedings are comfortable. their indian staffs are kind and helpful. Bus station next door, convenient shift to airport. Supermarket downstairs.

the shower water is quite small, and heating only from afternoon until 11pm, little bit cold in the winter night, they give us extra electric heating on the 2nd night.
