The location was amazing! We walked everywhere, so central. Such a pretty building too… so full of character. Our room was the perfect size, wonderful memory foam mattress, so really comfy bed, great bathroom facilities. We loved the little coffee machine and a fridge if you wanted to buy a few treats and store them. We also loved that was heating and air conditioning in the room to cater for the variance in weather. It was also lovely to have housekeeping everyday who brought clean towels daily and new coffee pods and water and bathroom products. We LOVED OUR STAY and will definitely be back!

The neighborhood has a really nice athmosphere with a lot of small, but cozy restaurants. The window of the room looked to the inner garden, so the room was quiet during the night. The furniture had a nice rustic feeling.

the water sometimes finished in the morning maybe because people all use at the same time so it can go out in the middle of showering, but if it were to be fixed so everybody can shower without fear of running put water

So close to everything. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was easy to check in and check out. Cleaning was done every day. Big closet with hangers for clothes. Morning coffee. Small supermarket is also close and there is a fridge in the room.

You could hear quite much from other rooms and corridor. Shower walls.

i really liked the location of this property, very central and east to get to all the top attractions and restaurants. My room was very nice great size and clean and comfy bed. i was in Room 4 I think this is one of the better rooms to stay in at this hotel.

i didn’t not like anything but just little things maybe like water pressure of the sink and the fridge didn’t keep things cool but not a big problem at all.

very good location, close to all the main attractions - we didn’t even use public transportation. close to restaurants, and just downstairs there is a cafe where we had a really nice breakfast. the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. overall, a very good experience and I would totally recommend staying here!

It was close walking distance to the Spanish Steps and other sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have a lot of luggage, go up and get your room key first, it has a key to the elevator, otherwise you will have a unnecessary carry. Also know that the AC is great but you turn it on with a remote that took us awhile to figure out.

It doesn’t have a breakfast option but the price was good.

Welcomed by a lovely lady and she left us pick a room, the location was perfect in the centre of rome, 10-20 min walk from anything (trevi, pantheon, colosseum) room is a cute rustic vibe and good amenities.

Cons: the shower didn’t drain properly & there could have been more storage in the bathroom, the tv only had italian channels and no chrome cast/netflix available.

Perfect location, everything was clean. The host, Ricardo is a really nice guy, made us feel comfortable, and he was aware of everything we needed

Our remote control didn’t have batteries, our coffee maker was broke. Ricardo changed it for us next day. But these details should be fixed before travelers arrive

It is located in a good area with a lot of restaurants and souvenirs stores, it is 17 minutes walking from fontana di trevi.

The shower was very dirty as well the walls from the room which is sad because they are very cute they have glitter and the room is very beautiful but there is some lack of maintenance.
