The location of the property was absolutely amazing! We were able to walk absolutely everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was very much appreciated in the heat. The staff were wonderful and so communicative and we felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

The one complaint I have was the lack of sound proofing. The location is very central so the street is very busy with lots of alarms going off on the middle of the night. We could also hear every other guest enter the building and opening and closing doors. Overall the noise was really the only thing that would need improvement, everything else was perfect!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Spagna Boutique in Rome. The hotel is in a very central location, situated on Via del Corso, one of the most famous streets in Rome. It is close to all the major tourist attractions, within walking distance. Although we arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, we were able to leave our luggage comfortably and start exploring the city. The room was very clean and tidied daily throughout our stay. It included a coffee machine, kettle, coffee capsules, and tea options. Beverages such as water, prosecco, and beer in the minibar were offered as complimentary treats. The staff checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. Despite its central location, the hotel was not noisy. In summary, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we returned to Rome.

Located on the second floor at Via del Corso 43, the only downside is that hotel guests do not have elevator access. However, we didn’t find this too challenging, and they also mentioned that they would assist with luggage if needed.

The location was excellent, right on Via del Corso overlooking the street just a few blocks from Piazza del Popolo. Our host was attentive and kept in touch days before our arrival with instructions on how to access the property (although he met us at the door to the building). The well-furnished room was small but had soundproof windows, a well-stocked mini-mini-bar and a very nice bathroom with new fixtures and a great shower.

Two things: 1) The booking process was a bit complicated because "Spagna" has rooms at more than one location even though they appear as one on Booking.com and are at different nearby addresses. The complication for us was that we were traveling with friends and wound up staying in different buildings even though we both booked "Spagna". 2) The incessant bright green neon light from the pharmacy in front of our room flashed invaded our room all night long in spite of the curtain.

The location and availability of a lift. Good privacy despite being in a busy street. The shower has good pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed and pillows. The nice and helpful hosts. Room size was big enough for me.

Nothing but just some improvement needed on the internet, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t need it but would be nice to have since it is included in the room cost. More lighting in the bathroom and a place to put toiletries in the shower. A pair of room slippers would be helpful too. It is clean enough in general but floor was a bit dusty. I did find a bug but maybe it is because I opened the window for some air. Some corners needed some touch up and paint but it’s not a problem for me.

It was in a really good location which was easily in walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevino fountain etc. and the apartment block was really secure. The room was clean and well equipped.

No windows in the room, which wasn’t an issue for a short stay but would have been a nice to have if we was staying longer. Communication of the address for the apartment being different from the address stated on the booking confirmation was not made clear from host

Location was great, within a brief walk of a lot of attractions, lovely side street. Modern room which was spacious and bed was comfortable. Free drinks in the fridge were very welcomed on hot summers day in Rome. We we a slightly late check in, a video showing us to check in etc. was sent which was excellent.

We could hear residents on the same floor on occasion, the doors are quite heavy to get in which would slam shut. Other guests/residents were quite loud on the corridor at around 5/6am which woke us, not really in the hotels control but asking guests to be respectful at those times.

We booked this accommodation last minute (during our honeymoon) at a great price and it was the best decision. The place is only 5-minute walk from the Piazza del Popolo/Spanish Steps, so its location is great. We loved the vibe of the neighborhood, small streets with nice bars and restaurants, it was great just walking around there. The hotel itself was really nice too, we had a beautiful, spacious room with a private bathroom. There were all the needed equipment in the room, we even had a minibar which was refilled each day (free of charge - it is included in the price). Also there were a coffee machine and a kettle too with coffee capsules and tea-filters. The room was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay there, I am so happy we found this place - thank you, you saved our honeymoon! :)

Nothing, it was perfect!

Great place for a first immersion in Romes's city center. Even though the apartments are located on one of the busiest streets, you can barely hear any noise from the outside. It is an excellent option for anyone who does not have too much time in Rome and wants to see all the main city attractions without risking their financial future.

The rooms are excellent, and they look just like in the photos, but in the images available in Booking, you can not see that to get into the apartment,t you need to almost go through the entrance of a store. It is not a bad thing. However, I think this kind of entrance resembles more an Airbnb than a Bed and Breakfast. Also, it was not clear to me that the breakfast was not in the hotel location. It is in a cute cafe nearby attended by gentle Italians. I had no problem with this, but I would like to know this before making my reservation.

Located just next to the Rome Bulgari Hotel, it was a pleasant stay right at the center of Rome. Everything is about 2-2-5km radius from here, and the value for money was superb. Enough Bars and Caffe and Restaurants around.

Construction going on next door meant very loud workers that would shout at each other. But nothing to do with the property we stayed at.
