The property was in a great location with a minute walk to the main shopping street, a few extra minutes to the closest metro, fabulous cafes close for breakfast small express carrefour for any snacks and 5/10 minutes from some of the big sights like the pantheon, trevi and the Spanish steps. The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated with a fabulous jacuzzi bath, modern and clean toilet and room was made with fresh towels every morning.

Not much not to like, if I had to think of something it would be that the bed slats have been screwed in so you could hear them squeak when you moved in bed. Not something to complain about but maybe the slats had to be screwed in as a repair

The staff coudln't do more to help and I loved that i was contacted a week before offering any help with my trip. Very good location as many other reviews said.

It's a room in an appartment block, so if you are looking for a hotel this isn't for you.

Staff are so helpful and friendly - the location is perfect, right near the Trevi fountain and close to everything shopping and restaurants - this is the second time we’ve stay, first time without our kids and second time with all 3 and it was still so perfect for us.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel! Above all, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We checked-in late and received a very detailed description of how to get to the hotel and into our room on our own. Also, we received a long list of recommendations for great restaurants, cafés and bars which was very helpful. The hotel and especially the rooms are very pretty and cozy. Basically all sights in Rome are within walking distance and if you want to take the metro, there's also a station close by.

The only thing that might be mentioned here is that the room was a lot smaller and darker than the one shown in the picture when we booked it. Still, the room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.

Room has nice design, balcony was perfect. Air conditioning in the room (however when turned on - air flowing exactly to the bed, so not very confortable to sleep with conditioner on). We also could leave our luggage after check-out a bit longer in the hotel as our flight was late.

A bit loud from the nearby street and construction workers on the building in front of us in the morning.

The staff were lovely, checked in on us a few times and gave some food recommendations. The room was very clean, always fresh towels and bedding. We had a balcony which was great as the weather was good.

The only thing we didn’t like was that room didn’t have a kettle, there was a shared one but it would have been better having one in the room.

Didn’t know there was a roof terrace to access until after our stay but we were so busy throughout it didn’t matter and the staff on check in (Georgia) was so helpful and just delightful!

great location and close to the important places to visit , big room with double bed and sofa bed, overall the room was clean and cosy, nice host- we received some guidelines on where to eat around and it was very nice of them

the only two problems we had were related to the fact that we did not have hot water. (3 floor) Sometimes I would start a shower and in a few moments the hot water was gone and I would always end up the shower in cold water. And the other small problem was related to the fact that when we made check in the room was nice and clean but on the floor there was a lot of dust, we always had our socks very dusty. The cleaning lady was very nice as well, we would always find the room clean, but on the floor we had the same problem each day. This was not so good for us because we traveled with 2 kids. But overall it was a good experience, I would recommend this location to other friends or maybe we would return someday, who knows.

Staff were polite and helpful. The location was outstanding with restaurants, shops around and landmrks like spanish steps and fontana di Trevi within a few minutes of walk. The room was comfortable adn with all basic amenities one needs for a short stay. Left the luggage after checkout without any problems. Would be happy to go back again.

The area of location is SUBLIME! Incredibly amazing for those who enjoy walking to go over different beautiful sites all over Rome. At the very least, thing’s such as Trastevere, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Colosseum, Vatican City and so much more!! Even streets just by walking, either way you’ll end up in typical tourist spots, where you see many others crowding to take pictures meaning you are at the right spot ;) even shopping is around…. left, right, up and down
