The location is very good. In addition, you have coffee and tea at your disposal. The owner served us perfectly.

One of the beds was near the bathroom and when the toilet was flushed, water fell on the bed.

Excellent location, close to Vatican, metro, many restaurants of all rates, shops, beautiful streets. Waling distance to Angel Castle (playground), Fontava di Trevi, Spanish stairs etc. Kitchen fully equipped, enough space in fridge, many dishes, everything you need to cook if you want, free of charge coffee, tea, musli. 4 rooms in whole house, thinner walls but if you are acting normally, no-one disturbing no-one. Tip: as italian do not take off the shoes inside, count with the dirty floor and carpet. Bring our own slippers. Bedroom: very comfy beds, plenty of space for your stuff, radiators! so very nice and warm in the room which we appreciated especially with 2 years old boy. The owner Paola and the cleaner Anna were very nice and easy to talk.

Paula recommended ways to access the property from the airport right down to restaurants. we ate at Dino e Tony as recommended by Paula and it was great!!! we liked the close proximity to the Vatican and accessing the Metro was great and quick wàlk (less than 5 mins) into the sites of Rome such as Trevi fountain, pantheon, colloseum. would recommend staying here

not enough pillows but that is personal preference. hair dryer appears very old so I would advise bringing your own if needed

Everything was Perfect. Nice rooms, a bit small, Very Nice Common kitchen with everything you need. Quiet room.

You felt a bit like a prison cell. The apartment is on the first floor to the backyard, and you cannot see the sky.

Perfect location! So close to all of the important sites. Restaurants, convenience stores, and tons of little shops nearby too. Check in was simple, we just rang the bell when we arrived and Paula came downstairs to let us in. She gave us a tour and made sure we were comfortable with how to use the Air conditioner and everything else. We found the room clean and quiet, even sharing the common areas with three other guests.

Bed and pillows are quite firm

The apartment's location is ideal, just a short walk to Saint Peter's Basilica, and transportation to Rome's attractions and the airport is convenient. Check-in was seamless. The hostess was friendly, offering clear instructions on kitchen facilities and great dining and sightseeing recommendations. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Overall, I had a good stay.

The room and beds were smaller than I expected. Not a big issue for me.

Great kitchen, equipped with basic cooking supplies, coffee and tea - and a coffee machine. All clean and beds were very comfortable. A nice new bathroom. The position of the appartment is perfect, very close to Metro station, very close to Vatican on foot, close to nice local stores - food and clothes! Paola was very helpful in all possible ways. Our stay here was really nice!

Sometimes we could not reach fresh air into the apartment because the only window is situated into the skylight of the building. But we still slept well and the appartment was calm with no noises from the street.

Paola was absolutely incredible, she was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The facilities were clean and comfortable and it was in a great location. Also just around the corner from the Metro line. Will be definitely recommending to all family and friends. 10/10

Scipioni Suites had everything we needed, can not fault it in any way. The apartments are in a great area very close to The Vatican City, Metro ,Restaurants etc. Paola met us there and showed us where everything was and how it worked. Shared kitchen, cereal, tea and coffee was a nice touch. We had a fantastic time.

We loved this apartment!! Staff were very friendly, explaining and showing us around when we arrived. Allowed us to check in an hour early. Kitchen is fully equipped. Metro is 2 mins away. Vatican is 10 mins walk away. Room was very comfortable!

One thing to take into consideration is that the bathroom has no ventilation so leaving the door open and the window of the room open when you are out during the day helps reduce the musky smell
