Actually, the hotel owner was a vey nice person-Alessandro. He helped me a lot to suggest lots of places to visit and restaurants. These tips was so beneficial for us in our vacation. In addition to that, the hotel's place is very quite and It's very close to Vatican. On the other hand, sometimes it requires to use public transportation to arrive other historical places like Collesseum or Trastevere district, but it does not take so much time. Our room was cleaned every day and the furniture are new. If I revisit Rome again, definetely I will accommodate in this hotel again.

I think breakfast could be better. Particularly I expected to find more variety of breakfast items like egg, olive etc.

Alessandro was friendly and efficient, giving us very thorough instructions on the colour-coded keys and breakfast process. He also sent me a Whatsapp message with recommendations of the best food and drink in the area - we followed his recommendation and ate the best pasta of our life. Room was clean and comfortable and shower was great. Alessandro also advised exactly which metro to catch to get to the building. Was a lovely experience to stay here. It is also very safe, there are FOUR locked doors (gate, building, B&B, room) between the street and your room.

There were a couple of expired yoghurts in the fridge but this was a minor thing and you should always check before you eat anyway. This is a 10/10 B&B in a fantastic location with a nice building and a good host.

This B&B is the BEST B&B that I've stayed in after 25 yrs of travel. The hospitality of the host, Alessandro, is exceptional. The entire B&B is so clean, it shines. The breakfasts are generous, and there is always access to the kitchen for coffee, hot water kettle for tea or coffee, access to snacks, cookies. We were totally set up with everything we needed, plus, much more than we expected. A large bottle of water in your fridge. Cold cuts, bread, fruit, yogurts, orange juice, milk. Cookies, cakes, cereals, ALL in our family room. You can reach Alessandro at any time, via 'whats app'. I did not have this app set up on arrival and Allesandro asked if I would like him to set me up and he installed this for me. We stayed one night in a regular double, and our remaining time in the larger room. Both rooms, were decorated so nicely. Very welcoming, charming, and warm decor, very attractive. The double was roomy, had a fridge, and a standup roomy shower. Both rooms had standup large showers- with glass doors which do NOT leak water all over the floor. The bathrooms are roomy and functional and clean. The B&B is only about 2 blocks to Ottaviano metro. St. Peter's and Vatican is walking distance. Best pizza in the area, L'Archetto, is about a block away, again, recommended by Alessandro. The beds are comfy, pillows are comfy. Don't hesitate to book here and consider yourself VERY LUCKY, indeed, if it is available for you.

The host is a perfect, dedicated gentlemen who strives to provide the best service possible. A little over a week before we are staying at Vatication he messaged and make sure that we are all set - transfer from the airport, or getting to the apartment. A few days before he communicated with us checking and confirming about the lodging date - and told us that there will be self served breakfast available. A truly dedicated host he makes sure that our lodging are comfortable during our stay in Rome. It was not a surprise that this location have such high rating. The rooms are meticulously furnished with personal touches. It is really a comfortable place fill with a writing desk, own room coffee, fridge and most importantly they have ultravstrong Internet. The bed were comfortable the place is spotless and all in all one can see that there has so much love poured individually into every single room - all of them have different furnishing and personality. We are so lucky to get a chance to stay in this place which is quite integral to our visit in Rome. It's close to Vatican City and Metro is just to blocks away giving us quick access to other tourist spots in Rome. Will definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks Alessandro.

Very nice place, very nice apartment, big rooms, comfortable beds (I slept around 8hours per night, usually I sleep around 5-6). The rooms were very clean with nice furniture, also bathroom and toilette were very clean. Breakfest exceeded expectations. Last but not least, location is very close to Vatican Museums, subway station and communication with Alessandro was excellent. Our 1st visit of Rome, definitely not last and I´m sure, we will comeback to Vatication B&B again.

The location was great. The rooms (we had the superior suite) were very nicely decorated, and the refrigerator had breakfast and snack items that were very tasty. Very close to many attractions. The owner was wonderful. He took time to make sure we found our way around town. Gave us great dinning locations and made other recommendations. We appreciated that the location was in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend to family & friends who are looking for a quaint place to enjoy during their business or vacation travels.

The owner was very accommodating with our desire to check in early and store our bags the next morning after we had checked out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The need was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The continental breakfast had many choices including cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, sweet pastries, and more that I can’t remember.

Nothing. It was all great. You should realize that it is in a quaint older building, with a small elevator, and is not a modern hotel. I love quaint buildings!

Our room was just perfect! Good location, good value for money, spacious and very comfortable! We didn’t really want to leave our room and we’re always looking forward coming back to it after a full day of going around. The room comes with nice breakfast food and many snacks! Alessandro, our host, was soooo lovely! He arranged a private transfer for me and my family to get to and from the airport. He suggested all the nice restaurants around and even managed to find us a filipino restaurant that has the best food. He was very polite and answers to any queries we have for him. Thank you Alessandro, you made such a difference to our visit to Rome. Would definitely recommend this place, 100%!

Friendly host and staff. Walking distance to Vatican. Location next to metro station was convenient to explore Rome's main attractions. Many restaurants with good price/quality located nearby. Quiet location, no traffic noise to room. Good bed. Breakfast was cold and self-service, but selection was quite wide. Air conditioning was effective and fully adjustable for the room. Small fridge to store own drinks and snacks.

Generally only small flaws / minor minuses. Shower was tiny. Coffee maker could have been better. Fresh bread in breakfast would have been delight. Croissants and muffins were served in a vacuum bags. Sounds from breakfast area and corridor were audible into room.
