The room was clean and fresh. It was nice to have air conditioning during our stay in August. The location was perfect--near the Vatican, and close to bus stop and metro (even though the station was CLOSED after our first day there for construction). We were walking distance to good restaurants, gelato shops, and stores. The desk staff was very friendly and arranged for our arrival and drop off to Fiumicino Airport. Upon our arrival they provided us a map of Rome with nearby attractions and circled the metro and bus stops. Greatly appreciate that!

For a "triple" room, the room was TINY. Luckily it was only my son and me. It was not big enough for three people. The balcony was nice. The breakfast offered some pastries, breads, meats and cheese. A little light for us but a nice start to the day.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and continental breakfast good. The location was close to the Vatican, and fairly close to the Ottaviano metro station. The area was quite for most of the stay.

The room was small. Granted, I booked the jacuzzi room, but there was little room to maneuver suitcases. The bed was not comfortable. It felt like a futon was used as a queen size bed. Also note that there are two short flights of stairs to negotiate before you reach the lift. If you cannot climb stairs, don't book here.

The hotel is conveniently located, especially to visit the Vatican Museum or St. Peter’s Basilica. It is also a pleasant walk across the Tiber River to other attractions in Rome. My group had a suite at Vatican Relais Rome with a large balcony. It is well-maintained and very clean. There is a small elevator available, but the walk up 1 flight to the reception desk was easy. The staff were all friendly. The owner gave a nice welcome with recommendations on where to visit and where public transportation is located. I found her map useful. Also, Vince was very helpful with any questions or help we needed.

Room is cozy and clean. Beds are quite comfortable and extra pillows are provided in the room. Great to have a safe and wardrobe in the room as well. Bathroom was super clean also. Vincent was super friendly and a great help throughout our stay !

Nothing of significance but the rooms are quite close together and walls are thin so other guests can be heard from our room in the afternoon and early mornings but was within reason and we didn’t have any issues.

Good located place close to great restaurants & Vatican. 6min walk to metro. we had a nice balcony to enjoy some late wine & also to eat breakfast at, which was a nice touch. Clean.

The breakfast had plenty of options but not drinkable juice & would’ve liked it slightly healthier, but not how Italians do it… also quite small so really enjoyed we could bring the breakfast to the balcony.

I like the accessibility of the place, walking distance to Vatican, the bus station ,the metro train, restaurants and grocery stores. Jobel, Vince and Lily were so helpful and pleasant.

I think the breakfast selection is too limited. I wish they have a microwave oven inside the room, a complimentary coffee and a coffee maker. That would be great!

The property was very secure, in a great location and very suitable 2 adjoining rooms for 2 Adults and 3 Kids (all 3 single beds was great). The beds were very comfortable and all amenities modern and in good condition.

build up of black soap scum around shower glass /door which could be fixed with correct cleaning product for descaling but otherwise the suites were very clean.

I like the accessibility of the location to the metro train, bus station, grocery stores, restaurants and the Vatican. It's all walking distance. Jobel, Vince and Lily are great.

Food selection for breakfast is so limited. It would be great if the room has a microwave oven, coffee maker or a complimentary coffee.

the hotel is accessible to places we want to go. with comfortable roomservice and friendly staff.

Only the step going to the our room is trip hazzard. I got tripped off as well as my friend who got a swollen knee pijn and bruise… please make sure that there is warning for safety reason en to avoid/ prevent accident for hotel clients.

People are great, location is perfect, breakfest & transfer from the airport with super kind italian driver included in the offer are absolutly perfect

No vegetables in a breakfast proposition and plastic flower at the balcony. Free water in the fridge could upgrade feelings about the stay;)
