Very helpful, professional & friendly staff. The 3 young guys on duty were always ready to help in any way they could, from providing drinks/juices at breakfast to offering advice on trips/metro stops, etc. Very spacious safe accomodation ideal for a family of 4. Close to many restaurants, not far from the Vatican/Museum and Hop-On/Off City Tour Bus stop. We chose to have our room cleaned every other day and towels were changed after 3 days (as we stayed 6 nights). We had an issue with water leaking into the rest of the bathroom from under the shower guard one evening whilst taking a shower, but once we reported this, it was resolved the following day which was excellent. The owner was very helpful in arranging a private transfer at a reasonable cost to the Airport on the day of our departure.

One of the curtains was hanging off the rail , so if could not be fully closed to prevent light from entering the room in the early hours of the morning. This needs to be resolved urgently. We also requested that the mini bar/fridge be looked at, as it was not getting cold, so we were unable to cool any water we bought (helpful owing to the hot Italian weather). However, despite requesting this a few times it was not rectified. Either the device needs to be repaired or it needs to be replaced with a working mini fridge.

the shower had difficulty with working right (cold water falling down on me from the upper shower) and after short showering there was flood in the bathroom. The breakfast was a little bit poor- you can expect only sweet things- croissant, muffins, yoghurts in a limited amount per person…if you are allergic to cow milk protein (as me) you can hardly eat anything from it.

The location is excellent. The Vatican is nearby, many restants and shops and little grocery stores. The apartment is quiet. We were in May on a hot day the apartment was nice temperature, but on a colder day it was warm there. Good coffee.

The location was approximately four blocks from the Vatican and the museum. Also, well placed for all the antiquities in the ancient Rome area. There are very good restaurants right outside the door of the building.

There was nothing we were not happy with. Plus when it was time to go to the airport a taxi service was offered at the price a commercial taxi would have cost. The car arrived on time and the driver was professional and courteous.

Great location. Huge TV. The bed was really comfy. Very nice staff. They helped us a lot with check-in and organised transfer for us to the airport.

The street was a little noisy in the morning. The bathroom needs a good scrub. It was moldy.

- there was basically no breakfast, I do not consider few cookies as a breakfast and I feel that the reason for that (covid situation in 9/2022) is not a real reason for not serving a proper breakfast

Riccardo was very helpful. The rooms were as described, enough room for the family for a few days in Rome. Breakfast simple but enough and great location close to the Vatican and lots of restaurant options.

Wifi was not awesome in our room but in the central area it was good. A little noisy at night.

The fittings on the folding door to the bathroom could do with maintaining as they had come loose making it difficult to get out sometimes with the door fully closed

I wouldn't get the breakfast option, because it was pretty basic consisting of cookies and muffins from the supermarket. Of course there was espresso and yogurt. Other than that everything was amazing
