The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from both the port and the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby cities. The area is also filled with delightful cafes and restaurants, offering a true taste of the local cuisine. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and maintained daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was a charming touch; each morning, we received a voucher for a lovely café just across the street. The breakfast included a delicious coffee or cappuccino, juice, water, and a freshly baked croissant, which was the perfect way to start our day. I highly recommend Romantica Salerno BnB for anyone visiting the area. The combination of a prime location, outstanding cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay memorable.

room was comfortable and had good AC. Bathroom needed a bit more storage space but was sufficient. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was a ticket to the caffe across the street which was good but montontonous - could add another food. The only real complaint was the foul smell that came from the bathroom, which is why there was an automatic air freshener that sprayed occasionally. It is probably something related to the plumbing in the building, perhaps beyond the owner's ability to control The gentleman who welcomed us is not on-site but was readily available and helpful. Except for the smell (keep the bathroom door closed) I would recommend this property. Close to the ferries to the Coast.

Comfortable beds. Handy to good shopping and restaurants. Only about 1 km walk from train station to get around. Staff were helpful but had limited English

Hard to find. Nothing obvious above the door just a tiny name plate so a photo of the building and door would be helpful. Also despite notifying ahead when we wanted to check in and being a bit late due to train delay and difficulty locating we had to ring to get checked in and wait.

clean comfortable spacious. Not too far from the ferry or from the railway station. Located on one of Salerno’s main streets. Good (but ‘fancy’) restaurant nearby (Casamare). breakfast offered at local cafe (but we didn’t use as had an early train so breakfasted near the Station).

Note there is no shower (only shower attachment in bath); for me this is a problem as I like a shower, but others might prefer a bath. Personal preference. Accommodation located on 2nd floor of residential building which looks a bit forbidding if you’re not used to town living. Salerno is typical scruffy town with rubbish all over.

They accommodated us with very little notice after we had an issue at another property in Salerno. They quickly came to meet us to check us in so we didn’t spend the night stranded. They were professional and friendly and the room we were given was great, clean with strong wifi, air conditioning and a good bathroom.

Central B&B, close to the port and the historical city center with an elevator available in the building. Our host Luigi was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to accomodate us when we realized we would arrive too late for regular check-in. Breakfast was served in the room by Luigi in the morning and we were able to store our suitcases in the B&B for half the day so we didn't have to bring them back to the car which was parked far away. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and comfy, a little balcony gives view to a very typical mediterranean street scape. We loved our stay here, thank you Luigi!

Nothing - everything was great!

Perfect location in the city center, in the same time very close to the promenade. Sara is a great host, she was very kind and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean with the convenient option of having breakfast in the bar just in front of the B&B. In the kitchen you can find the big map with main points to visit marked on it and couple of guides and maps of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast.

This was very central and close to everything. 10 minutes from the train station and 8 minutes to the harbour. Close to all bars and eateries. Giuseppe was very friendly and in contact through WhatsApp. We arrived in Salerno at 14:00 which was lunchtime so we had to wait until 15:30 for access. This was not an issue for us but just confirm there will be someone to meet you if arriving at this time.

The host was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He booked taxi for us for reach the bus stand at 5:30 am, let us use his microwave to heat food. The location of the property was just fabulous - walking from ferry ports, bus station, train station and a hop skip jump to the marina. Also close to old Town.

Spacious and very clean room. Situation is very good near the sea and short way to railway station and ferries. Nice italian breakfast in cafe nearby. Nice and helpful stuff. We were really satisfied with everything with this reservation. We definitely come back somewhere in the future..
