The hotel is delightfully located on the lake. The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel was clean, neat and tidy.

Generally it was OK. The swimming pool was turning green which was unfortunate because we fancied a swim. Some of the staff at breakfast looked like they had just fallen out of bed.

we arrived in morning after along flight from paris. staff took pity on us and we were in our room about 11.00 am. this was such a blessing as we hadn’t slept much in 36 hours. property is located in great part of town. couple of blocks from Raffles. food was available nearby. room was well equipped and bed was super comfortable. we really tested them out!

Beautifully located on Lago Viverone, waking up is a real treat with a view like that. The hotel is a bit older and the rooms are dated, but it adds to the charm for some guests. Rooms are quite large and we had access to a nice balcony on the second floor. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Our little dog Smokey was the star of the show! Breakfast was great too!

Rooms and common areas are a bit dated.

Friendly staff. Luxury rooms (we might have benefited from an upgrade, the quadruple room was indeed a very roomy appartment with sauna and spa!). Location just in front of the lake, with view. Large and clean swimming pool with enough chairs to accomodate all guests at the time we went. Good value for money!

We have been stopping at this hotel for years on our way from England to our place in Canino. It is a relaxing place after so much motorway driving. It’s calm. It’s always there. It’s home.

This is a special place, it is what it is. Nothing not to like.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic and we had a lake view!

Hard to say but maybe a small kettle in the room to have a cup of tea in the morning. The restaurant did open at 07.15 so wasn't a big issue.

Cleaning away the breakfast offerings before scheduled finish time and while we were still eating. Some items need maintenance such as window shutters. Pool could do with a clean even though according to them 26C is not warm enough to swim. Pool was a disgusting eyesore. Maybe they should invest in a pool cover and some solar heating?

Room was large and spacious, but a little tired in decor. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed in Italy. Location was superb!

The reception staff and breakfast staff (the same) were a little miserable.

The option for an evening meal was unavailable so we had to go out and fund somewhere to eat

Very nice staff, a was offered a cappuccino for free because I didn’t have cash with me. You can see that they are caring to host best the customers.
