Very friendly staff, really professional and make your staying so comfortable. Good SPA zone: we took 2 hours package during which you can enjoy Sauna, Hammam and jacuzzi. Tennis, Paddle courts which you can rent. Also different types of massages you can choose from. Small swimming pool, nice gym. The restaurant was quite good, I didn’t get where all bad reviews came from, they are slow in service, yes, but I think it’s because of the lack of the personnel.

Very nice, clean hotel. Great beds and airco! They have electrical chargers at the hotel. Friendly staff and a very nice and relaxing end of our holiday.

In the weekend it was very busy in the restaurant, with a full terrace and a party. They were understaffed and it took a very long time. Other then that everything was perfect.

This is a sort of Olive Oil factory turned into a spa relais and bike rental place. The pool is just lovely and so is the outdoor areas. The place has a small indoor gym, a lovely spa which has a maximum occupancy of six. Bedroom was relatively are big and so was the bath. The interior has a very tasteful choice of modern furniture mixed with old looks. Break fast was very varied and very fresh. Parking was ample and the restaurant was decently priced with good food. The place is ideal for the spa stay with an added view as a bonus.

The mosquitos but that is not really a complaint as the place is in the green and it is expected.

This was a MOST comfortable stay ! The staff were SO helpful - found something I had lost and let me know immediately :) The breakfast was absolutely SUPERB - a GREAT place to stay if watching golf at Le Betulle. They remembered who we were and why we were there. Asked about our kid's progress. Next time I will try the spa which looked wonderful as well.

The place offers a lovely tranquility, and the staff is incredibly service-minded. All facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious. And the breakfast, as well as the fitness facilities, are fantastic.

We have no points of dissatisfaction with the place.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room clean and the jaccusi, although quite small, was REALLY good ! We stayed there the whole evening after the pool closed. The little balcony was nice and the pool was quite enjoyable too. The food was great and the price for everything was very reasonable. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

Only thing I can think of is the closing time of the swimming pool. But a guard is watching safety the while time so I understand it’s not easy to extend the schedule. Otherwise nothing!

A perfect stop on our way back to England traveling through Italy before crossing the Alps. We greatly appreciated the EV charger and the hotel was very dog friendly too. Excellent meal with friendly waitresses keen to share local knowledge about the region famous for rice growing and wine. We drank Arneis and Nebbiolo wine - highly recommend! Our only complaint was having to wear a swimming cap in the lovely pool. Fabulous stay. We'll definitely come again. Thank you

Amazing staff, really friendly and service-minded, great breakfast, spa, training facilities and a bonus you could rent bikes at the hotel, despite road bikes not being available and few sizes.

Restaurant service for lunch and dinner was very slow and unorganized, but the food tasted good.

we had to buy swim caps at the price of 5€ each. This should be included in the overall price as we had free towels. It felt like we had to pay an expensive 'entrance' fee to use the pool. Also - Ac in the room was very noisy Plenty of mosquitos day and night
