A very nice Albergo on the tuscan country side for "wine lovers". The reception was very warm and friendly. We were given a beautiful room, larger than the one we have booked. Well decorated with old furniture and an open chimney, the room overlooks the countryside and has a functional and modern bathroom. Everything was very clean and well cared. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant just across the terrasse (10m). Dinner in front of log fire with delicious regional food and the excellent wine produced on the property! Great and quiet night - the bed was very good. Breakfast takes place in the restaurant as well. Delicious coffee in all ways you might like, tea, milk, fresh juice, fruits, diary products, cakes, marmelade, cheese and ham ... a large choice, served again in front of the chimney with a morning log fire! A very nice and attentive service, difficult to decide to leave this place. For sure, we shall be back soon! Not to be forgotten : you can buy olive oil and the beautiful selection of wine of the property in the reception !

The room was large. Drinks were provided which was important to us as I was pregnant and needed to stay hydrated. Chianti is the country so there aren't a lot of convenience options. The view from the property was really beautiful.

There's no common space. We went during off season so it was cold. We didn't want to sit outside, although tables were provided, they were all outdoors. Additionally, there isn't a bar or restaurant available all day. This is probably a 3 star standard but I was surprised by the siesta hours.

The place is just amazing to stay. The rooms are with an antique style but everything clean. The facilities outside, like terrace, pool are in great condition and the whole place has a very special vibe as they really pay attention to the details! The staff is very kind and also the restaurant has very high quality food at the breakfast and also dinner.

Unfortunately there is a street passing by just right next to it and the traffic noise can be a little annoying when you stay at the pool or outside. It is not too loud but there is no absolute calmness where you could just listen to the nature.

the location, the views, the pool, the site, but most of all the staff who were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us feel so genuinely welcome and at home. probably the most pleasant stay ever.

this was not really a factor for us, but the only negative I can think of is that due to its location, it doesn’t seem very safe to walk along the road outside the entrance. you’d be safer to drive a few minutes and park the car at the nearest trail to go for a walk, which is what we did.

This is a gem. You find a lot of wonderful places (such as this) in Tuscany but what distinguishes it from other places are the people. The whole team will make sure you will enjoy your stay. No, this is wrong. They make sure you will love it. Here you are in good hands.

No fresh juice for breakfast 😊

Beautiful property. Warm and friendly service by staff. Spacious room with rustic feel. Very good and comfortable bed. Environment was peaceful and quiet, even during the day time. The view of the Tuscan hills was always a pleasure to wake up to in the morning. Service from staff was EXCELLENT, we felt very looked after. Good quality wifi network available. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Dinner menu changes and always made fresh by the wonderful cooks. And BEST of all, Bosco, the dog!

There really wasn't anything we did not like. If there had to be something to improve upon is would be that breakfast in the mornings were always the same and not varied enough. However, we do understand that due to the pandemic and its toll on the hotel industry budget cuts have to be made. Hopefully this will improve with time.

Recommended if you are looking for a 1-2 night stay not far from Florence. Great place to chill and enjoy Tuscan nature. Located on a hill, has a nice view, restaurant in evenings, has a great team. Overall, very enjoyable.

It's rustic, like you stay in grandma's. But although the view is nice etc. it's not actually that 'rustic' - it's quite close to Florence, there is a highway just nearby etc. There isn't much around beyond Antinori, all good wineries are a bit far, if that's your thing. Cycling is not an option either. Restaurant is very decent but I'd say charges a bit too much for what it's worth (on par with good restaurants in Florence).

A pretty small hotel with lovely views across the valley, the staff are very friendly and generous (an extra croissant for my visiting grandson for instance). Bedroom was comfortable and air conditioning is installed. Delicious dinner and aperitivi on the terrace, and their own excellent wines are available to buy. Beautiful swimming pool area.

Our bathroom was a little tired - the loo needed attention - and hangers are in short supply. Please note that visitors not staying at the hotel are not allowed to use the pool, even when the pool area is empty of other guests, something I have not come across before in Italy.

Beautiful surroundings, outstanding staff! Both ladies (Ilaria) and Francesco had been completely accommodating and amazing! Great buffet breakfast, dinner was delicious. We loved the spot in front of the fireplace. Close (20-25min) drive from Florence. Next time we have to visit during the summer to be able to enjoy the pool and outdoors. Highly recommended!

We loved everything but honestly the standout is the staff! Welcoming, warm lovely people, who couldn’t do enough to make our stay something we will always remember. The food was sensational and a perfect location.
