This was a fantastic Villa. Everyone on staff were very friendly and helpful. the grounds are beautiful and the location to town and Florence was very close. Our room was excellent with a very large bathroom. I cannot say enough great things about this stay. The Diadema wine bar & restaurant was also excellent. We ate there for every meal for 3 days. The staff were so kind and friendly as well. Food was excellent. The best food we had when traveling through Italy. I definitely would recommend this location and we will probably stay there again when we visit Italy.

The property is stunning, from the grounds to the restaurant to the well appointed rooms. The views of the rolling hills are picturesque. It’s hard to believe you’re less than 30 minutes from Florence.

Our check-in and checkout experiences were not what we expected for a property of this caliber. We were not made to feel welcome upon arrival. Claudia was condescending and we were not provided with a welcome package. At checkout she neglected to ask for the key. We discovered it when we were about 20 minutes away from the property and headed back to return it. The rest of the team were exceptional.

We were there on our honeymoon and everything was perfect for the occasion. We had booked the suite and enjoyed the space and luxurious atmosphere in the hotel. The chef and staff are excellent. I would return for everything, the pool, the hospitality, and for sure the food. You can also visit the cellar or stroll in the little gardens the chef uses to grow tomatoes or the field with olive trees. They organised an apero with live music with local musicians as well. Good location to visit main cities of interest in Tuscany.

There was nothing I didn't like. I liked how they tried to preserve swallow nests around the hotel. They give information on why they are doing that, even if the swallows are causing a bit of noise and mess. This really gave you a feeling they care about all guests.

Following a 2 night stay in the hustle & bustle of Florence, we wanted to spend some time in a peaceful, idyllic location to relax. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel in which to do that. Relais Villa Olmo is simply amazing. After a short drive from Florence we were greeted on arrival by a wonderful front of house team. The setting of this hotel is simply stunning. We were shown to our suite with views looking out over the hillside, olive groves, vineyards & beyond. We could not have asked for more. All the staff were extremely friendly & offered excellent service at all times. The food served in their restaurant was outstanding, with wonderful wines on offer too. A hearty breakfast was served each morning. The pool area made for total relaxation - a place to totally unwind. We didn't want to leave. We also tried the wine & olive oil tasting tour on site & indulged ourselves in a few purchases to take home. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will certainly be returning again one day. A huge thank you to all the Relais Villa Olmo team for making our stay so memorable.

Not the hotels fault but bus services into Florence were awful, nothing from 8am until 1pm. The hotel put a shuttle on for you but be prepared to book this in advance.

Views were amazing, staff was accommodating, restaurant and breakfast was delicious, wine/olive oil tour was fun

The mattresses were very thin and you could feel springs when you lie down, not very comfortable. Also the booking and website said bikes would be available but there were no bikes/e-bikes/Vespa scooters or anything like that available at all.

The property is absolutely beautiful - a very picturesque Tuscany experience. The pool and rooms were great and the restaurant was delicious. Great breakfast included and they also offer wine tastings which was lovely.

I asked a few questions via email in advance and didn't receive responses from the staff which was a bit frustrating, but once on the property they were great!

The hotel itself is amazing! Fantastic staff, receptionist and waiter Lio were really amazing!

Dinner is not what I expect to get when I visit Tuscany. Too much gourmet style when I prefer to eat local food cooked in an easier way. In my opinion at the end of the day is a bit expensive for a weekend only (considering gasoline, dinner, happy hour)

Nice hotel placed in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. We were made very welcome. The Italians have yet to grasp the concept of English tea but were happy to supply a kettle and teabags! Some issues with our shower were swiftly put right. Special mention for Sophia who definitely went the extra mile for us!

The furniture was quaint and in keeping with the character of the rooms. We did notice that there was a lack of storage space, no drawers and only a small wardrobe. Not a problem for us as we were not staying very long but could be an issue for long stay guests.

Beautiful, serene setting, with a spectacular view of the vineyards, olive groves, and Tuscany hillsides. Elegantly appointed site and an attentive staff that ensured that our stay was memorable.

Everything was excellent, including the delicious breakfasts.
