Absolutely fantastic, from start-to-finish! The staff were fantastic and made check in fast and easy. The room was clean and really big, with good amenities. There was also a laundry service, which was ideal as we are travelling across Europe by motorbike. There is loads of parking on site and a few restaurant/take aways nearby. They have a restaurant on site, as well as snacks/drinks in a fridge. The bathroom was large and was pre-stocked with soaps etc.

Very good breakfast, good and friendy staff we had booked for 3 nights and left one day early because of some health issues and the staff did with no problem cancelled 3th night and we paid only for 2 nights. Very nice from their side. Dinner was good,very friendly waiter older man and the second night it was like we are regular guests got our table and very nice everything served. And we got a free upgrade when we arrived.

If we would stay there for 1 week i would had trouble chossing things to eat for dinner because of 1 menue. In any case dinner was very good.

Location is great especially if you are planning to go not only to Verona, very easy to get to motorway. And also nicely connected to the center of Verona. People serving breakfast really kind and welcoming.You have free parking any time of the day.

Only one elevator worked and there are three there. So sometimes it can be overcrowded and long wait till you get to elevator. Also I wanted do use laundry service, called to arrange it, they referred me to the reception, I took my laundry to the reception, they didn't know anything about it, they rang the service, they told them that something in the laundry just broke so they cannot except my clothes for washing. So I couldn't wash my clothes and obviously they couldn't be bothered.

The staff front desk staff was very nice

The AC in the room was very bad and when we called Maintenance. His answer was, well the ac is tired and this is the best we can do . What kind of answer is that ? Unfortunately that made our night sleep very unpleasant each night because of the heat .

Hotel is nice, well maintained with a huge parking. Rooms are really spacious and good looking. Breakfast was good, with number of choices, fresh and delicious food.

Hotel is located in an industry area, with a logistic/truck company in front and it was really loud until late in the night. If you do not have car it is far from the Verona city center, no public transport near. With a car, it is great, you are in Verona historix center in 10min.

Pleasant hotel, staff friendly and clean.

People smoking on the ground floor by the restaurant lobby. Although people were smoking at the door the smoke was all getting inside to the point I was having my food and could smell it terribly.

Large clean Room, nice breakfast, easy location to find and convenient for traveling to and from Train station. Bar open till 11pm and full restaurant available till 10pm with good food.

Dissapointed with Best Western and the locked AC, we could not turn on. The room got stuffy. . While we were able to open window for air, it was near a highway so not so pleasant with sound of traffic.

This is a nice hotel, good breakfast, it has a big parking lot which is free, the room was nice.

We arrived around 23:00 after travelling a long way on the highway and the restaurant and bar were closed already, but there was nothing at the minibar either. The guy from reception was ok, but he was not so willing to help us, he told us to go to a bar about 5 minutes away (but the area near the highway did not look very safe at that hour, so we just forgot about it).

The hotel and rooms where very large and luxurious. Staff polite and welcoming. Restaurant menu and staff excellent.

The air conditioning within the hotel was not working which made our room, corridors etc unpleasantly hot. . We slept badly because of this. Our room faced the motorway so if we opened the window we could see and hear traffic. This was the last leg of our 3 day journey to venice, italy so we where extremely tired. Difficulty in finding hotel, despite having sat nav.

Lovely spacious family room, dog was welcome in the bedroom and lobby. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant highly recommended! Close to the motorway.

Area is quite industrial but to be expected by the motorway in a big Italian city.
