The hotel is located about 5 minutes drive from the old city center, clean and reasonable size room for a day or two stay for a trip to the old city, reasonable breakfast.

I would expect a higher level of cosmetic products in the bathroom for a 4 stars hotel. Parking is not secured at the hotel especially if you arrive late at night , might be full.

The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was extensive with both hot and cold options and good variety. The staff were extremely helpful as well and there is a free shuttle into the city centre which takes you just outside the main square with the coliseum.

The location of the hotel was about 20 minutes walk to the city centre which was OK but the area appeared a little undesirable due to the empty run down buildings and graffiti everywhere, it looks like some of it is undergoing regeneration but we were a little weary walking at night, best to use a taxi or hire a car.

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and obliging. Reception ordered a taxi for us most evenings and were most helpful with good English to our enquiries. The hotel is about 30 walk from the centre and is a pleasant wak. The taxi fare is between 11 and 15 euros. There is a taxi rank on the main Piazza Bra for return. There is good parking at the hotel and It is free for guests. . The bedrooms are good and roomey with own bathroom. There was a large window that left the room bright. The rooms were cleaned daily. There is a lift to rooms and the breakfast room is on ground floor. The breakfast offers a variety of fresh and cooked foods and is very good. We found our stay very pleasant in this hotel and would definitely stay here again

I honestly can't say there was anything we didn't like. We had a lovely stay in a lovely clean and friendly hotel with good food and a comfortable bed.

Breakfast is great, with loads of fresh fruit, cold cuts, bread and pastries. It is more a continental breakfast, so with a limited of warm items: bacon and egg. But overall, all good. The rooms are clean and hotel facilities are cleaned daily thoroughly. Considering that we travelled with a toddler and spilled milk and juice most days.

Location, it is a little bit out of town (20mins walking) and restaurants and bars are not on the doorstep. Definitely need a car if staying in this hotel. But if travelling without hotel, then stay closer to the old town.

The Family room is large and has a private master bedroom. Breakfast was enjoyable. Only there for a night so didn’t use anything else.

We picked for being walking distance to train station. Takes about 10min but otherwise a little far to walk to main touring area. The hotel will bring you there but not back. So we grabbed electric scooters and made it back easily.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff and free shuttle into town. One could obtain a bicycle for the day at no extra cost.

The area is a bit scary at night - shut-down commercial buildings, traffic and few people outside. It's not easy to find the parking. The hotel looks a bit shabby from the outside (but inside is nice)

Great location which avoids the heavy traffic enetering and exiting Verona at peak times. Good standard, Friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet !

Nothing to comment, maybe only that there was no complimentary water. This is always appreciated.

Staff are extra helpful and always smiling hotel it self is great and it should be five stars not four Room is comfy and hotel reminds you with everything nice in home Breakfast is nice and tasty I forget my passports and staff was extra helpful and kept them with them till i collected them

Ms.Georgie working on the reception of the hotel greeted us with a warm smile and gave support about everything we need, thanks to her. Location of the hotel is good and they are providing shuttle to old city , you don’t need to pay for parking

Breakfast need to be improved since there is no vegetable and olive on the menu.

The room is very clean with minibar. Breakfast is ok and parking is free.

The hotel is far from the downown (25 min) . At 22:00 we didn’t find a taxi ( doesn’ exist Uber) from downtown to the hotel. We walked to the hotel, but the area is seems unsafe.
