Location perfect, amazing interiors and nice roof top bar and restaurant

I accidentally left a sundress, I placed it on the left side curtain hook to dry but then overlooked to pack it next morning. I messaged management after we left to ask them to locate it and post it on (100% know where I left it) they advised no dress in room, allege they checked?? Very disappointed as this suggests their chamber maid staff must be very untrustworthy so, be careful and, I suggest the manager speak again to the staff!! This is not good for business, if the hotel remedy this and redeem this situation then I’ll happily re-review. They have my address to return the dress to me.

Beautifully appointed hotel, very comfortable and with a fabulous pool. Rooms were spacious and the whole place was nicely decorated and looking very smart. Well worth staying here (taxi trip (12E) out of Agrigento if you want a pool …. And believe me you do !! Lots of very nice restaurants a short walk away.

There were very few guests at the hotel which meant that there were not many facilities operating ie - no snack bar, no bar (I couldn’t buy a glass of wine when I arrived, even though the bar was open - as a Rotary Club event was about to commence), no tea making facilities in the room but on request kettle etc was delivered to the room. Possibly COVID is still having its effects as there seems to be only a skeleton staff.

Convenient location to explore San Leone. Nice big pool and big room which are clean. Breakfast was great and the girl at the pool bar was very helpful and welcoming.

Despite booking and paying on Booking.com, the concierge insisted that I hadn’t paid (and the woman before me who challenged him) when in fact I had. This was tantum out to bullying me into paying twice and wasn’t a good experience

We really loved the location and the pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was well catered and a good variety.

There's good parking, but we had issues, as there was often no space, due to outsiders using the car park at night. The WiFi was also very weak. The pillows were uncomfortable.

It is in a great location, close to many restaurants and beach. The pool area was nice and quiet...

My fridge didn't work, although I did report it, no one came to fix it.

The swimming pool in front of the sea offer a really beautiful view. The hotel is well located next to some restaurants and the beach.

The town of San Leone has several excellent restaurants and bars, and is very convenient to the Valley of the Temples.

Our room for some reason on the last day of our stay had no cold water, but plenty of hot water. Minor inconvenience.
