I really enjoyed the diversity of relaxation (for adults) and play (for kids) areas. The desire to bring the place in the modern age with all the renovations. Dinner menu was great. Staff was really accommodating with my girl's intolerances. Although it felt very crowded (especially at table times), in rest, you could really find peace and serenity. Lots of walking paths close by, good for kids, as well. We also rented bikes from a place close by that offers a discounted price for Schneeberg's guests. We rented 2 rooms and we received an upgrade for the single room, my mother in law got to enjoy a modern room instead of an old one. The suite/apartment is huge and modern, I loved the space.

After a week, breakfast and lunch became a bit boring. Language was a bit of a barrier, but we knew that beforehand and we were lucky to have in our family an Italian speaking person. English is not standard for the staff. Bathroom trash was not cleaned from the room inhabitants before us, on the day of the check in, although we check in quite late.

The wellness areas and the mountain views from the balconies were absolutely amazing! My son also thoroughly enjoyed Mirco and the kids club--especially the kinderdisco. There was also *plenty* of food for all 3 meals. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also nice chatting with the other guests as it was really easy to bump into others at the events, meal times, pools, etc.

Some of the (male) staff were quite sexist (e.g., a bartender gave me change and asked, "is that with or without a kiss?") We also heard every word from neighboring rooms/the hallway and the WiFi didn't reach our room on the top floor/in the corner (although I heard this is better in the newer rooms). The table soccer, air hockey, and bowling were broken or in disrepair.

This was my second time staying in this establishment, my spouses first time; We spent a week during Christmas. We absolutely love this hotel and everything about it! You want nature, you got it. You want relaxation, you got it. The food, while repetitive, was still all very good. We have traveled to many hotels with kid's clubs and the mini club at Schneeberg has been my sons favorite. The mini club staff felt made it feel like we were dropping our son off with family. Not only are the mini club days/nights filled with fun activities, so are the days/nights for adults. We used the adults only area every day and it was relaxation bliss. We also spent hours going up and down the waterslides with our son. We're already making plans for another trip here this year.

The part that we didn't enjoy was during dinner when the child next to us cried and screamed almost every night and the parents and staff did nothing about it. There was one night that the family showed up (you're assigned a table for breakfast and dinner that you use each day), and they were placed somewhere else. I wonder if it was because other patrons complained. Hopefully we won't have to experience that again when we return.

The location of this hotel was great and staff was really friendly. I loved the dining experience, especially after hiking all day.

Someone, possibly another guest, entered our room with a key card the morning we were due to check out. I thought that was really odd but no one reached out when I mentioned it. Housekeeping also entered very quickly after the one knock. Just a heads up.

Very good hotel. It is the best location. I saw this hotel on social media many years ago, so I thought in my heart that one day I will definitely go there. Best breakfast and lunch. Dinner was also good. I have traveled to 51 countries in the world. I have seen many hotels. The hotel was the best among them. If I have the chance again, I will definitely go

The food in general was good but the taste could have been better. For the lunch for all 3 days i could barely find different options than Pasta

I missed cooked vegetables for the meals (only fresh salads are provided), a kettle in the room would have been great help

Food was great, staff was very helpful and polite. Kids loved the pool and hotel provided free sledges for the kids. Food was also amazing and they could even make other things for the kids that are not in the menu.

nicely located in a small village at the end of a nice alpine valley, where you would not expect such a huge hotel. As it is a set of separate buildings connected by underground corridors, it does not appear so huge from outside, though

Really huge set of buildings, with a labyrinth of corridors, not the kind of hotel I normally patronize, but efficiently managed anyway

Great food, pools, friendly staff (our waiter Semi was the best!)

Everywhere was too hot: not sure if it's intended, but we were always sweating inside, as there was too much heating. Bathtub without a shower: we basically had to take our shower sitting in the tub, which is very awkward (having a pole installed for the shower head would have made our lives much easier)
