We really liked the location, the convenience of having the breakfast straight from the bakery and the dinner at their restaurant. The location, just 3 min from QC terme was perfect and they have a parking spot for your car. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Great value for money. I recommend to stay here to those who are going to the Terme or simply stopping here on the way to the mountains.

The only thing we didn't like was "the room upgrade". We were asked if we wanted to upgrade for 12 euro to a renovated room that unfortunately was renovated as you do with a flat you want to rent out to students. Electric green for the wall didn't seem a reasonable choice for a splendid location like the Hotel Bigio. Also there was clearly a leak through the bathroom ceiling and the wall - despite being painted recently - had many scratches.

A very nice hotel in a good location - close to the QC Terme. Kind and helpful staff. Excellently clean room and perfectly ironed bed linen. Good breakfast, there is a also patisserie where various delicacies are offered and a restaurant (open in the evening too), i received the menus even before arriving at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to those who understand and appreciate tradition, good design and the spirit of the place!

My room was on the street side, traffic noise might be a problem for some people, but it didn't bother me

It was an amazing stay. The location is excellent, straight in the center. 5 minutes away from QC Therme. You also get a discount for entrance to Therme. The breakfast was really good, you get to try desserts from the Hotel’s bakery (that is located in the same building). The room was basic, but had everything you need. The staff was amazing. We were traveling with our dog, and there were no troubles. Would repeat it again.

Location was perfect, could not be better. I also stayed at QC’s hotel and I can tell you, for location and price I would choose Hotel Bigio if you’re coming for the spa, it’s literally right at the foot of the Terme Spa and comfort wise, is comparable. The staff were very kind and helpful, they stored luggage for me, they also make a great fresh cappuccino. Typical continental breakfast & they also have a beautiful restaurant next door.

Everything was nice about this hotel, only 2 things I might suggest: 1. paint hallways with a nice color of hang some art so it’s not so bland. 2. Add mattress toppers for more comfortable sleep. Beds are very firm, as most beds are in Italy. In my 2 months of traveling throughout Italy, only about a quarter of the places I stayed had comfortable beds.

Perfectly located in a picturesqe spa town overlooking the river. The hotel was in 2 parts; a moden, bright tastefully decorated lobby and pasticeria and an older more traditional wing of bedrooms. The whole place had a charm and sense of welcome. Every member of staff was helpful and pleasant.

I don't go on holiday to watch TV but one English speaking channel would be good.

I booked the hotel for my wife who wanted to stay at the San Pellegrino thermal spa for a week. She was enthusiastic and video-called me several times showing a beautiful and large room and and the surroundings. Very collaborative and friendly all the personnel. Excellent the restaurant at the hotel and the cafeteria, serving delicious breakfasts

The hotel is near but not immediately close to the thermal spa, so in the winter an heavy coat and an umbrella are advisable when commuting.

Super location- 2 minutes walk away from qc terme can't ask for better spot. You have all around the hotel restaurant and other stores. The hotel has a Free parking , good breakfast (like corason's and other tasty thing from the hotel's restaurant). The hotel stuff were very nice and helpful. All in all i recommend this hotel

The bed was ok but not perfect for me.

Super location, in the heart of the city, yet very quiet. An olda buildiung mostly renovated to new standards. The staff were very helpful, thorough and caring. The breakfast was typical Italian breakfast with some french omelet on request. Very good cofee and cookies!!!

heating was not operating yet and for some of the people in our group this was not so comfortable. Some rooms were not renovated yet and the windows did not lock properly, so the sound of the fountain could be disturbing for some. But even those rooms were very clean and the beds were neatly done and comfortable.

Central situated. Close to bus stop, restaurants and all amenities, very clean room, daily cleaning, Staff are really helpful. They make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

The breakfast could be a little better, more kinds of cereals and less sweet items. On the whole, very good. Friut salad was made of fresh fruit too.

great location free parking excellent caffe by the hotel with very delicious pastry. and very kind and friendly personal . a special thanks for Paola and Francesca !

breakfast very poor , the room looks like nothing has been changed in it since the 80s - just like you get into a time machine. Not even fridge . light switches as a separate piece of antiques. In general, the hotel is slowly renovating.
