Pros: - Spotless room and hotel in an excellent location and with stunning views. Near lots of restaurants/cafes and a 2 minute walk from the famous QC spa. - Very helpful, polite and friendly staff. Lovely authentic Italian feel to the hotel. - Great continental breakfast and good coffee. - Stunning spa on the premises, with a lovely candle lit, exclusive ambience and a sauna with windows and views of the mountains and water. - reasonably priced accommodation - would stay again

Cons: - Beds slightly hard (could do with a more spongy topper, I asked for an extra duvet which made a difference). - We only had one plug in our room in the bathroom, so had to share a phone charger etc. - The hotel spa is well worth it but comes at an additional, albeit reasonable fee). The Jacuzzi bath in the spa wasn't warm and could do with updating (only fits one at a time if you are a couple) but with stunning views.

great hotel - wonderful staff - lovely breakfast - We rented electric bikes and had a perfect day riding around on the best bike paths ever! Outdoor patio was shaded and great for playing cards with cafe service and good cappuccino. Also appreciated the 10% off coupon we were given for the Terme' - Spa day! Marco assisted us with everything we needed.

The hotel is right in the centre. We had a room overlooking the river with a great view of the (disused) Grand Hotel opposite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and facilities were good. The free parking was very useful.

I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel Centrale is a family owned hotel and I felt in good hands during my time. The room was warm, silent and cozy. Everything is nearby and the hotel is a perfect spot for hiking and exploring. Thank you.

We loved the traditional feel of the hotel, which preserves the local Tirolean flavor, evidenced by so many Italian guests, with warm and hospitable staff! Also great value and next door to the QC Terme spa.

I wouldn’t say we “didn’t like” anything…I would just say the hotel caters to Italians, so don’t expect fluent English speakers or AC in the rooms. Not a problem for us though.

Top location just in front of the old marvellous grand hotel San Pellegrino and just 2 minutes walk from QC Terme San Pellegrino. Breakfast was nice , comfortable bed and shower.

If I have to find something which didn’t worked…Coffee machine was blocking during the making of the coffee.

Great location. Lunch and dinner provided at the hotel were delicious! Family owned hotel, friendly atmosphere.

It is a very old building, although maintained in good condition.

Welcoming and friendly family hotel . Free and convenient parking near the Terme , clean room , comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast, excellent coffee !

Amazing location, big room, helpful staff. As a cherry on a pie you can receive a voucher of 10% discount for thermal baths!
