The hotel is an art lovers dream and that’s why I chose it. That didn’t disappoint!! It is truly incredible in every way! The dining staff were phenomenal - the food for lunch & dinner so memorable. Loved Sam & Mario, Hirosha, Diego and Vitali (driver) - what service!!! But it’s the art that makes this hotel one of the greatest experiences ever. I can forgive a lot to be able to sit amongst those treasures.

The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. So hard - like a board. I was shocked. Only remedied by putting 3 comforter/blankets under the fitted sheet. Staff helpful with the situation, though. That was our only complaint.

The beautiful setting, fabulous pool and Art work.

The hotel is circa 7 miles outside of Verona. The hotel provide an hourly shuttle bus between Verona and the hotel however they have stopped running this service after 5.30unless guests are going to the opera. Drinks are very expensive at the pool bar. 15 euros for a glass of wine and 13 euros for a bottle of beer.

Amazing modern art everywhere. Very individual feel to rooms. Great outdoor pool and indoor spa. Restaurant for dinner fabulous.

Breakfast was ok but not as fabulous as expected. Some staff very friendly but others a bit aloof.

This is a beautiful hotel. Different than all the rest. The staff is very attentive and was very helpful with everything we needed (electric kettle, ordering training tickets, taxi transfer, restaurant booking). The Michelin star restaurant was also great. Breakfast was exceptional.

There isn't a coffee machine in the room.

Beautiful Hotel with a high level art interior, very impressive. Nice and luxury room. The Michelin Restairant and the personal there were outstanding!!

The equipment in the pool area was missing numerous umbrellas to protect against the sun. It took a day until everything was better organized. Personal in the pool area and the breakfast area may need some more training ;-) but overall very friendly :-)

A splendid hotel in a very traditional style but with a stunning Avant Garde art collection that you can never get enough of, second stay 15 years apart and didn't disappoint at all; lovely food for dinner and breakfast with attentive Italian service; room was lovely and spacious; pool area is beautiful and pool service was very good

The territory around the villa is not well kept with dry leaves everywhere,, bushes not cut, staircases not cleaned. Unacceptable for a level of hotel. Reception staff asked personal information they absolutely didn't need. All the important information was provided while booking and check in

The property is beautiful and the gardens well kept. The rooms are super spacious and of course very well decorated. The Art is amazing, it’s such a great idea. Restaurant staff were super nice and the food was so delicious too.

The gym was a bit of a let down and there were no sanitizer in the gym or fresh towels. There were also no complimentary waters which is difficult when traveling with infants who still needs formula. So be prepared. The front desk staff were helpful, they did their job, but not very welcoming, you would expect a more “homey” welcome when arriving from a long travel, like some water, a coffee, face towels perhaps….
