Nice new rooms. Good breakfast outside and good location right in the centre of town but also walking distance to the beach. 3 car parks out front but also a large free parking area the street behind the building. Nice sea view.

Hallway to rooms very dark even in middle of the day, need to turn lights on every time as my partner hit his head walking up stairs. Quite noisy in the mornings when setting up breakfast.

The room facilities are new and very modern. The service was very good as they accommodated our vegan breakfast request.

The mattress is very poor quality, sponge-like and with huge marked depressions.

My mom, my baby and me stayed 5 days at BB Sole E Luna, we stayed in the room on the end of the ground floor which has the window to the breakfast area - as my baby always wakes up at 6-7 am, this was not a problem for us, but I advise you to always ask before which room they will give you, otherwise this might be inconvenient, the host did offer me another room for more 10 euros per day but we decided to stay in this one, in the end I think was also good for us and the other guests because my baby woke up few times in the night crying :/

Spacious, bright, comfortable room and convenient central location. Close to bars, restaurants, beach etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication with B&B wasn't easy prior to arrival - sent a few messages and no response but everything was accommodated once I arrived

The host was not around in case we had any questions. While he provided his phone number, it took time for him to answer, and would provide short responses as if he didn’t have the time for these type of questions.

The B@B Sole E Luna is well situated close to the town centre and local shops and restaurants. The personel is friendly and rooms clean and nicely decorated. If I ever return to San Teodore I would like to come back to this place again.

Good communication..I arranged an early check in which was cool as had to check out of the last place at 10am. Fantastic location next to all the restaurants and town centre. Staff are super friendly and we worked something out for cleaning my room as I was partying all night and sleeping all day :D

Good value for the money and great view from our room (nr 5). Clean, simple italian breakfast and nice host. Good location, free parking next to b&b and supermarket & many restaurants near by.

The nightlife in San Teodoro was a bit too lively for our taste, no complains about b&b 😊

This cozy and modern apartment with a great balcony is located right next to the city center and not far from an wonderfull beach (Cinta)

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was super clean. The city centre is just around the corner. Breakfast was great. Overall a very nice stay :)
