The location was in a quiet location some 6kms from the big and beautiful La Cinta beach and from San Teodoro town. The BnB had easy on site parking. The BnB and room were tastefully decorated and provided everything one could wish for. Naomi, our hostess was charming, informative and very helpful and was at all times determined to ensure that we had everything we wanted, The breakfast was quite simply superb, with lots of varied fruit, excellent muesli, home-made cake, yoghurt, toast, butter and jam, and delicious coffee or cappuccino, and other goodies offered as required - a great start to the day. Naomi gave us very good advice on places, restaurants and beaches to visit.

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation located in a quiet area just outside San Teodoro. The host was friendly and helpful and prepared the best breakfast that we have had on our trip so far.

The WiFi in our room was patchy, but OK in the common area. This improved over time. There was no curtain or blind on the bathroom window but the street was not busy.

We had a great stay and will for sure come back. The hosts are really fantastic, extremely helpful and dedicated. Hospitality at it's best. The delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly baked (home made) cakes every morning is just one of the points that make this a great place to stay in San Teodoro. Also, the rooms are very nice and super clean. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Noemi & Giancarlo for the wonderful stay!

The B&B is a bit outside the town center, which we didn't mind. But you def. need a car to move around. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Very cute little place surrounded by flowers and plants in a quiet area right outside San Teodoro. The rooms were clean, nice and spacious, and we had a big terrace with a view. Great breakfast in the morning with a lot of different options. The couple running the B&B were super friendly and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough!

There was a mess up with information on booking.com. We was looking for a place where we can check out later. Booking provided information that check out was till 12:00. So we count on that and it was a surprise for us that we must check out till 11:00. Stress we didn't want to before our flight back. But this is booking problem, not property.

the owner spoke English well and was engaging in conversation. the breakfast she served up was the best. She didn’t charge my card and I settled the bill at checkout. the room was clean and decorated with good taste.

Perfect place to stay. Nice, very clean room with big terace from which you have beautiful view. The host Noemi is the most kind person, helpful with everything. Breakfasts are delicious! Always fresh fruit, home-made cake and great coffee. I highly recommend!

the place was so comfortable and absolutely perfect i every way. So similar to home with a lot of independence and very clean and practical
