Beautiful family room and incredible huge bathroom with claw foot bath and shower. There was a lovely little area outside the room to sit or dry towels. Lovely roof terrace where breakfast was served and could be accessed at other times. Delicious choice of fruits, pastries and coffees for breakfast with lovely hosts. Perfect quiet location on the edge of the resort but only a few minutes walk to the beach and one very good restaurant. Other restaurants and Main Street only a 10 minute walk away. A 20 minute drive to the entrance of the Zingaro nature reserve which is beautiful. After a small entrance charge you can walk 10/15 minutes to the first beach or hike the whole route. Parking in public car park across the road from the apartments discounted for staying locally so the attendant only charged us 10 euros for 3 days.

The cleaners facilities were in the corner by the outside patio, so they had to keep passing across the small patio but this was only for a short time after breakfast.

Giovanni and Camilla were very welcoming, friendly and helpful though out our stay, especially Camilla, who went out of her way to make us feel right at home. They both speak English very well. Good beds compared to most B&B's in the same price range. The B&B is located very close to the beach and walking into the city center takes about 5-10 minutes. Free bike rental at the B&B, but everything in town is within walking distance. Beautiful town without any high rise buildings. Not a lot of traffic and a great atmosphere. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. Grocery store within walking distance. Air condition and fridge in the room, which is very helpful on a hot day. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, which has a great view.

I liked how close the property was to the beach, to parking lot, and also a short walk to town with restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fantastic!

The only thing i would change…a cold bottle of water waiting in the the rooms upon arrival. It was very hot and it took a while before we could get to a market to buy some bottles of water.

We had a very pleasant stay here! The B&B had a perfect location - calm area with walking distance to the beach and town centre. We stayed in a family suite, very comfortable and nice decorations. Friendly owners and staff!

The wi-fi wasn’t great.

Hosts, atmosphere, location, breakfast and view. All at your fingertips and for a few pennies! Definitely the best choice for spending in San Vito Lo Capo!!!! Within a mile. The trust of the hosts and their hospitality. Wonderful!!!! Tom & Bara #justmarried

Nothing can be faulted

quietly located but close to the beach and the city where you can find nice restaurants and bars. bikes are offered for free so that you can easily get into the inner city. breakfast is great, served on the terrace and hosts are super friendly and helpful! parking just across the street. would recommend and come back again!

There is love in the details everywhere. The hosts are very kind and the breakfast is excellent. The location was great, not far from the sea and the many restaurants. There were free bikes to take out and a wonderful terrace. One evening there was even a private dinner on the terrace. The hosts also run a totally stylish wine bar not far from the accommodation. I would come back anytime, very high praise!

The property was super well located, a pleasant and fairly short walk to the town, and even shorter to the beach. And it was so quaint, the room was really spacious and well decorated, and the rooftop for breakfast was lovely.

Giovanni and Camilla were incredible hosts, so accommodating and welcoming, we felt very relaxed during our stay,we were very sad to leave! Its a fantastic location just 50 meters from the beach. San Vito has wonderful restaurants and we especially loved 'La Casina' which is a lovely relaxed bar and serves delicious local food. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and hopefully we will be back soon.

Nothing! Everything was perfect

Lovely BnB with a boutique feel. The owners Giovanni and Camilla are wonderful hosts and their enoteca in town is a cool place to hang out later in the evening. Bikes are old-school basic, enough to get around San Vito but not further afield!
