staff amazing, owner and family very accommodating. Perfect location for us as we were visiting family close by. We had my 6 yr old great niece with us and they provided a little plate of tiny muffins for her. Breakfast was perfect and we were looked after extremely well. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels and linen provided.

There is a curfew at 0100 hrs which was a little awkward but our family contacted the hotel and they made provisions for us once more as so helpful. I just do not think a hotel should have time restrictions perhaps alternative arrangements should be put in place for those guests that eat a little later at night.

The Hotel is very well located in a quiet area. The Rooms are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Very good parking outside the Hotel . Great Value for money . The Restaurant serves delicious food , we had dinner just by the Pool which was very relaxing and the Food was excellent. We only stayed one night and wished we could stay more . Will be back for sure .

The Breakfast . Not the Food itself, as this was very good, but the way the Breakfast was served. One Suggestion is that the Breakfast will be served as a Buffet with the items listed.

The hotel is a classic with good quality finishes. My room had a view of Etna from the balcony. The car park is excellent and I was able to park my motorcycle in view of Reception. Whilst the content of breakfast was chosen the night before, what it meant was my table was fully prepared when I arrived and I only had to select what coffee I wanted. The hotel is well positioned to be able to link up with the Etna road.

The lighting in the lifts is dreadful but that is courtesy of Kone the manufacturer. As the buttons are not illuminated from behind, selecting the right one needs to be done carefully. I would suggest that when the lift is next serviced/inspected, the lights are improved and investigations made as to whether the buttons can be illuminated. Dinner was disappointing for 2 reasons. Firstly, the menus look cheap and not in keeping with the hotel atmosphere. Secondly, the range of food on offer could be improved. The food was adequate but the experience could have been more in keeping with the ambiance of the hotel. All in all, if I was wanting to ride the Etna road again, I would happily stay there.

There is nothing not to like about the property. Private car hire is a must to get around. However , there is public transport that can get you to the center of Catania and it’s surrounding areas but you need to get well informed about bus schedules well beforehand to plan ahead. Otherwise one can use taxi which can be pricey.

Family own hotel ,the owner and the family are on hand , very clean and well kept, old style design with 80th elegant, Food was great at the restaurant , we had to leave early in the morning at 5.00 and the owner woke up to serve us coffee

Location is in area without any Vew , looks like industry zone, beside the restaurant the hotel looks deserted , The address to location copied in booking site will take you to a street inside the city We had to take the address from the official hotel site

Our room was lovely, spacious and nicely decorated with a shared terrace. We enjoyed the pool area, although Etna was hidden by cloud. Good location near to the airport.

We were a little confused about the dining options. The hotel has a more formal restaurant and a bistro situated in the bar. When we came down for dinner there weren't any staff about and didn't reallty know what to do. We had to wait about 30 minutes before anyone appeared to help us. We had to pre order breakfast and as we had to leave early for our flight we requested it at 7am. However when we came down nothing was ready although we did get served fairly quickly. b

The food was amazing. The staff especially the manager/direttore was very nice and helpful. They did their best to help us even though we didn’t speak Italian. The breakfast is very good.

Not the property, it is best to go with your own car. The hotel gave us 3 numbers for taxis and we spent 3 days going around in taxis which were very expensive. But again the manager helped us a lot to get the best prices.

Breakfast is provided after filling up the form upon arrival. Quality of breakfast was very good and fresh. The view was extraordinary. The restaurant of the hotel makes one of the best pizza I ever tasted.

I asked for a kettle in the room as we had a baby with us however the request was turned down. condition of the pool could be better. It was too hot in the restaurant area whilst having breakfast.

Staff was very nice and friendly, Owners aswell! The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. We also ate at Berso which was very nice too. Rooms were very clean. All in all it was a lovely stay at this hotel and would gladly recommended it. I also asked the owner if he could possibly get me a birthday cake for my son (it was short notice) and they did, which was delicious aswell.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel and would always stay there again. For example, once they realized we always had a fruit salad for breakfast, the fruit salad became more extravagant with every day Food No need to find restaurants in the neighbourhood, the hotel already has two fantastic restaurants.
