Good location overall, as it was very close to many beaches and restaurants. The big pool was nice and clean. Good animation in the evening, and there is also camp for kids during the day. There is a train that goes around the area to drive clients to and from their rooms. Area is very secure, with cameras, gates at the entrance and around the camp, very secure for every age.

The kids pool didn't look great, water was clear, so it looked a bit dirty. Rooms were clean overall, just looked a bit old in terms of main doors and other amenities. Staff at reception was ok, although some of the receptionist seemed a bit annoyed from time to time. I didn't much appreciate the dining area, a lot of food, not always great, very much crowded with very rude people in "queue" or at least they should have been in one sometime. Price for buffet I found it expensive, considering is not really quality food, and not everyone eats like dinosaurs. With much less you could eat in any chiosc on the beach.

Staff extremely rude at the reception, particularly a lady who treated us as we had never seen before. No internet in room and no cell coverage. Reasonably good breakfast but with little variety of options

The location is really near the beach and also near to the city of Gallura which is also very nice. The food during breakfast, lunch and dinner are just good, nothing special. During the evening they offer child amusement, like shows, dancing and plays, which was really nice.

The music goes loud until around 2 am. Communication in English is a little difficult with the personal...in German impossible. They usually speak only Italian or sometimes French.

Nice beach. The town, Santa Theresa Gallura is stunning, 10 mins away.

Very large hotel, much bigger than we would choose. Had a small train going around to help you across locations, hill walks otherwise. Parking quite a way from accommodation. Beach was very nice but very busy/ noisy and no sun beds available despite being told there would be, turned out they were all reserved and we couldn’t have one. No communication given about this. Breakfast was good, but just such a big busy space. Very noisy - but that’s because you’re surrounded by customers of the hotel. There are a lot!
