Attractive bedroom and bathroom, shampoo and some toiletries included. Towels provided for the pool from reception. Friendly and helpful staff- adapter for chargers free to use. Delicious buffet breakfast, great selection of food and drink. Lovely pool, refreshing in the heat. Great air con in bedrooms. Speaker in bedroom was a nice touch.

Very big pillows - hurt our necks! We asked if they had flatter ones but they did not.

The room was always very clean. The pool was amazing and it was so great to be able to order drinks in the afternoon and have them delivered by the pool where we could unwind after all the walking over the day. Location is really good. Breakfast was very good and the food at the restaurant was really good as well. It was very nice to be able to eat outside but also to have the option to dine inside when it got too hot. It was also very nice to be able to get snacks and drinks in the vending machine. We were 2 adults and 1 teenager and we were all very happy with our stay

When we were finished with breakfast and heading back to our room the cleaning staff had started cleaning it so we had to wait for them to finish. We then had to make sure the rest of our stay that we were quick enough to get back to our room before they did. This was though a very luxurious problem and didn't bother us too much, the staff was very nice and friendly

The property was located in Saranno a 5 minute drive from the train station. Upon arrival I noticed how clean the place was. The rooms were very cosy and homely whilst also elegant. The bed was super comfy and big. The pool was exceptionally clean, and you see this get cleaned in the morning. The waitress manning the bar/restaurant during the day had great customer service and very attentive.

Visually stunning room. Very comfortable. All necessary things supplied (slippers, cosmetics etc). Parking outside the room. Very comfortable beds with great quality pillows and bedding. We traveled with an infant, and while no cots are available, the bed was wide enough for her to sleep in the middle. The temperature of the room was perfect and adjustable. The breakfast was OK, had better, but worse too. The restaurant had an infant chair at hand. Smooth check-in&out process. Minimal contact with otherwise very friendly staff (discretion and privacy are great for lovers, bit even better for introverts:)). The pool looked dreamy (it was still closed). The price, wow! Definitely coming back.

It's kind of a pity that the motel clearly caters to specific clientele (hint, some rooms have mirrors and dance poles). The room looked very, very clean but I guess you wouldnt dare checking it with a UV light. Would be great if they had a children's cot available per request, for the odd family who books this gorgeous place because it's close to the highway and they need to stay the night when traveling :) The breakfast could have more choices. There was no vegan milk, no plain yoghurt, it was all mostly processed and sweet. But we weren't left hungry.

The location was perfect for an event close by. Also a great spread for breakfast. The room met my expectations from the online pictures too!

Before I left for the day, I asked that the room not receive room cleaning. I am wary about people in the room with my belongings. And we were only staying the two nights. When we returned it was cleaned.

My wife broke her leg during our trip, of course not in hotel. The staff did everything in order to help us regarding the hospital, the facilities for the stairs. They invest all their heart in order to make us our stay easy and confortable as possible. Real human beings. Thanks to you. Warm regards to you from Israel.

Breakfast was quite varied and the fruit was fresh. TV in room has a lot of channels and the shower is comfortable.

I asked for a late check out since I arrived late in the night and needed to work in the morning and they said yes but when I went to check out they were complaining and they were going to charge me extra. I later realised it was the owner himself who had said yes and they did not charge me.

I did not know a motel could be this nice! We were so surprised. We stayed here on our trip home from the beach and it was fantastic! So comfortable, clean and the rooms were very cute. The pool is also wonderful, much nicer than the one at the 4 star hotel we stayed at on the beach. No additional cost for parking, baby bed and dog. The staff was very nice and helpful, the food was delicious and the rooms so spacious and stylish. Amazing.

We only stayed one night on our way to Italy but the place was perfect. The personnel is very friendly, the room was very clean, good size and comfortable. I absolutely recommend it. There are some restaurants and supermarkets very close from this place.

Very nice villas, you park your car next to your villa. Staff, food, swimming pool; all were nice
