The hotel is very nice and tidy. Our room was big and comfortable. The hotel provide a lot of helpful facilities, such as : room service, nice pool and gym, restaurants etc. The hotel provided us parking. The hotel's location is quite good, close to a train station that takes you to the center of Milan (30 minutes ride).

Nice hotel, big lobby, clean, good breakfast, good location (near by railway station).

When mandatory to have bathing cap and slippers in the swimming pool area - crazy to have to to pay €12 for each person for this! This should be for free, or at least for a low self cost. When have to pay for a whole family for this, that's a noticeable extra cost for only one night stay. And we have to cool down - when it's 35 grades celsius.

- Hotel is very spacious, modern. - Swimming pool (but water was not that warm as I expected); - They have family rooms. We went 2 nights with 4 and 6 year olds and we were very comfortable! - Kutcher corner in a Family from; - Coffee and tee facilities in the room; - Staff - very nice; - Buffet breakfast is varied and very good! - Location is perfect to go to Lugano or to Milan in a day.

Just few things to improve to become exceptional: 1) sauna is still closed and the swimming pool is not warm enough (the water was a little bit cold for me); 2) in a family room there is a kitchen corner, but there are no kitchen utensils to warm up some food; 3) for 4 people in the room there were only 2 tee cups and 2 espresso coffee cups - not enough; 4) for 4 people in the room only 1 welcome chioccolate :( I had to give it to my son, though I’d like to try it as well:) Overall: just book it! It worths it!

I like the hotel it is nice and clean,helpfull stuff easpecialy Fransceca in reception and all in breakfast, easy parking in front of the hotel,amazing location very close to train station it is just behind the hotel 4 minutes walk. You can go to milano center in 20 minutes,como lake,and also lugano From sarrono station yoj go como lake in half an hour. From como you go to san giovanni station which is 1 km away you can go lugano,it takes 34minutes from ther to arrive.also you can go different distination like interlaken and zurich.

It is not something I do not like but I hope they added in future.adding more hot dishes in breakfast like grilled tomato,mashroom,or vegetables. Especialy for people like me not eating scrambled eggs (allergy)and ham,bacon,saussages.

Swimming pool for the kids (reminder: swim cap and slippers are compulsory!); the location: in only 20 min by train to Milano Cadorna (3 metro stops from the Duomo); the pizzeria nearby (I due Ladroni), & glutenfree pizza in Satonno (‘Fabbrica Pizza’ - Via San Giuseppe 26 - v. good); friendly staff; family room.

The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet were very much overbaked; the fact that slippers and swim caps are compulsory (although there’s a Decathlon ~1.4 km away to buy these & they’re also sold at the reception).

Usualy you will look for hotel in a metropolitan area, insted the main city, to save some money. It's the case, but it's not all. Sarrono has its own atracctions, state of art restaurants and pizzerias, beautiful churchs. You don't have to stay in Milan until late night, you can back to Saronno and enjoy an afternoon end. That's it about the city. The hotel is wonderful, not even a drop to corret, it's perfect... and for a price much better than in central Milan, and it stay a €3, 20 minutes ride from Milano Centrale station.

We had a suite - very good for family with two teenagers :) Lots of room, comfy bed. Breakfast was good, pool very nice! This was our second time in this hotel.

A certain front desk lady ( Silvia C) was very rude and not helpful at all - this kind of persons should not work at the reception at all - ruined our morning and took much valuable time from our vacation! Fortunately everything worked out, surprisingly we got a very nice apology gift from hotel - so big thanks for that! My daughter was sooooo pleased getting a cute little stuffed dog :) Also our morning of departure the cleaning lady nocked at our door before 09.00..check out was 12.00, so we wanted to sleep longer, have breakfast and then check out...why she wanted to clean our room so early...who knows..

An excellent purpose built and spacious ‘international standard’ full service hotel. Extremely clean and everything seemed to have been very well designed for a comfortable stay with a distinctly high end (albeit without unnecessary fuss). The breakfast was very good regarding both range and quality - one could, if desired, easily make it ones main meal of the day! The gym (0630-2200) and pool (0900-2300) were of a very high standard - there was even a steam room snd sauna (1700-1900) which were included and could be accessed for free by guests without any booking being required. For the pool, if one has long hair, a swim cap is required. There was a kettle etc in the room. The bar was a very pleasant area with very good service. it offered drinks at a sensible price (a beer or glass of wine for 5-6€ and nice pizzas for 10-12€. Allowing for the fact that Milan is a big and thriving city with a complex road network, getting to/from the hotel from the motorway network was not at all difficult - it is in the outskirts (and seemed particularly well placed for our onward journey north via Lugano). The hotel is a short(say 300 metres) and easy walk to Saronno station - which has good, cheap and very frequent connections to Malpensa airport, Milan Cadorna station (which is very well located for accessing the main Milan tourist sights: Sforza fort & it’s extensive park, the cathedral, the main shopping arcade and the Scala).

Nothing - the perfect hotel with a good location and unbeatable train links to the airport, Milan & Lake Como.

Spacious rooms, was a comfortable stay for a family of 5. Pool was great and empty, we enjoyed it. Breakfast is basic, but you can find something to eat. Coffee to oder was good, staff helpful. Very tasty family friendly restaurant 4Seasons in few steps away from the hotel. We tried dinner in a hotel restaurant, but were not impressed. Well maintained hotel with high standards. Restaurant concept definitely need some improvements. Parking is for free.

The room was lovely, it was large and there was plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. The continental breakfast was tasty The pool was very nice and refreshing with a good view (but it did get quite hot in the pool room). The lobby bar was a highlight, great drink options, very relaxed and comfortable.

The surrounding town is very small, not many options for lunch and dinner.
