Ignazio and Simone greeted us with such warmth giving us invaluable advice on things to see and do in Sciacca. The exquisite property was left to Ignazio by his grandmother and has been lovingly restored to a superlative standard. The room we stayed in was perfect - tastefully furnished with high quality bedlinen and premium Turkish cotton towels. The bathroom was luxurious with a cylindrical basin and the rain head shower had great water pressure. We were grateful for the air conditioning, the gifted drinks in the little fridge and our room being made up both days we were there. The stylish bed was extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffees. The interior design style skilfully blends beautiful antiques with contemporary features to create a beautiful harmonious aesthetic. As suggested by Ignazio and Simone we took a magical trip to the Caves of Dedalo and to The Enchanted Castle. Breakfast was off site at Bar Del Corso where we had delicious croissants, traditional sweet treats and coffee.

This is a lovely old building beautifully restored. Our room was as expected - bed very comfortable, and quiet at night. Thoughtful touches in room - lovely soap, fluffy towels, great hairdryer, coffee machine, and items in mini bar provided free. Breakfast is provided at a small cafe a very short walk from the property. Ignatzio and Simone helped with parking, and carrying our luggage upstairs - thank you. They also provided suggestions for dinner, and recommended a tuk tuk tour of the town - we really enjoyed this, and getting a real sense of Sciacca. It is possible to base yourself here and tour this part of Scicily easily - Selunente, Salemi, Segesta, Marsala, Agrigento etc. Highly recommend, wish we had stayed longer.

The apartment it is situated in a old Pallazzo in very good conditions. The housts was very nice, they provide us very important inforamtion regarding the touristic obiectives, beaches ( even in the night we disturb them with a question regarding a hospital for our kid and they answere very prompt). All the towels and linens was very clean, the bed and the sofa very confortabel. they provide us in the mini bar water, juice and some beer ( for free). Overall, the apartment it is very clean, quiet and nice. They have a very nice organic soap.For The breakfast you have a vocher in a bar near the hotel, and have everything that you wish ( of course italian breakfast). I will definitely come back and recommand the houst and apartment!

Authentic and Ornamental. Modern and Storied. We loved this place. Ignacio and Simone are creating an extraordinary property with a clear passion for hosting travelers with their personal touch. While respecting your privacy, they are there to welcome you from the first minute and provide ongoing tips and references to enjoy Sciacca. The rooms are generous. The ceramic floor tiles are original and the balconies adorable for saying Buon Giorno to the Mediterranean sun. Every detail has been carefully considered - the towel rack converted from an olive tree ladder - the tea cups and spoons are genuine heirlooms - the bathrooms and air con are top of the line luxury. And all the while, you'll feel you've just moved in to a family mansion in the center of Sciacca where in 5 minutes you'll feel like you are meant to stay a lifetime. We'll be back!

All is superb

Everything about our stay at Domus Aleria Delux Rooms was exceptional. Upon arrival, Ignazio and Simone were so incredibly helpful. They took all of our luggage upstairs and even helped to park the car. They recommended restaurants for dinner, beaches to go to, and sites to see nearby. I was there to visit my ancestral hometowns, but Sciacca was on the coast, so it provided the perfect location to visit and stay in a beautiful town. This made it very convenient to visit other places while staying centrally located. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable with great balcony views overlooking the city. Also, I've never stayed in a place that offered free mini-fridge contents until Domus Aleria. Bravo! I will stay again and bring my whole family. Thank you for the extravagant welcome. We loved it!

The venue is a little gem in the heart of Sciacca. Renewed and made with love by the lovely couple who foreseen a dream which now we can all live even just for a few days. Super central and walking distance to main amenities- Staff is just fantastic and super welcoming. Should we return, we ll know where to go! Definitely a place full of great energies and worth all our vacay!

I liked all during our stay

We cannot recommend Domus Aleria highly enough! If you are looking for a beautiful, romantic place to stay with a uniquely Sicilian environment this is the perfect spot. I would recommend people visiting Sicily to go to Sciacca just to stay here! The rooms are gorgeous. Ignazio and Simon have worked to preserve a stunning old apartment close to their hearts with gorgeous tiling, stained glass and beautiful balconies while adding contemporary (but very much complementary) modern adornments which actually highlight the uniqueness of the original design. One of the days we opted not to sight-see just so we could rest and relax in our beautiful room. Ignazio and Simon were warm, welcoming and generous in offering us details about Sciacca, the surrounding area and their recommendations tailored to what we were looking for. We were so sad when we had to move on.

I have no complaints at all.

Excellent experience all round. We had a lovely welcome, Ignazio and Simone went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were given some great recommendations on places to visit and local restaurants to eat. The building is also really interesting and the rooms are really stylish and had everything you needed and more. I absolutely recommend staying here, and we certainly hope to come back again.

There isn't anything we didn't like.

Brand new stylish interiors in an old building, centrally located. Room was large, high sealing, very comfortable bed, high quality art on the walls. Attention to every detail of furnishing and decoration was very impressive. Ignazio and Simone are fantastic hosts, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We've got recommendations about dining, advice on many things in Sciacca. The breakfast is a few steps away at the nice cafe next to the cathedral. The town, with its rich history and interesting sites, is full of unique character. Central location means a parking situation is, well, a situation. Prior to arrival we've got detailed instruction about our parking options, and Ignazio solved the issue by parking our car. All the rest was simply perfect. We had a great stay thank to Ignazio and Simone.

The street has many restaurants and shops, and on weekend there was more activity than we expected, so be ready to deal with some noise.

Amazing hosts, thank you for your time and the very helpful information and personal insights! The room was great, very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. The location is right near the old city center and perfect for exploring. Breakfast ist served in an Italian bar where you can sit outside and watch the world go by.
