We were upgraded to the top suits that have amazing view on the sea and harbor. We just sat on the terrace and enjoyed the stunning sunset in the evening and the harbor life in the morning. The receptionist was very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The rooms are super comfortable and so nice decor. The breakfast room also has a beautiful view. It was hard to leave behind this beauty, next time we will stay longer.

Our daughter is vegan and at breakfast she could only eat fruits. There was not even plant based milk available.

This place was the best surprise on a 2 week vacation. Sciacca is a little off the beaten path, but if you get there, I don't know how you could do better. The room was new, spacious, recently renovated like the entire hotel. It's location cannot be beat either - it overlooks the harbor and the med beyond. Go to Vela restaurant on the terrance too, as my view of the hotel includes the service, view, and food from there too. Really a strong place.

There is no valet or parking arrangement nearby, so you're in a public lot 100 meters distant or basically on your own to park a vehicle.

Thé view over the port was fantastic. We much enjoyed having a balcony and watching the fishing boats come in and go out. The room was simply furnished but the bed was very comfortable and the fridge was useful. The restaurant associated with the hotel is good and guests receive a discount. The hotel is well situated in Sciacca for other restaurants, shops and sightseeing, and there’s usually no problem finding street parking nearby. The staff were very helpful.

There is a problem of noise from other rooms and it is possible to hear conversations through the walls. There are 84 steps from the nearby street parking up to the hotel. The breakfast selection was restricted and didn’t change much - it’s good if you like sweet things, not so good if you like a selection of fruit and savoury items. The bathroom floor is slippery when wet. We enjoyed our stay very much but it would not be suitable for everyone.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. All of the staff was welcoming and attentive.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, so there is no parking at the hotel itself, however, there is a free public parking lot located down the hill/stairs from the hotel that took about 5 minutes to walk to. On the day we arrived, there wasn't any parking available, so we did have to park about 12 minutes away and walk to the hotel. By the evening hours, parking at the free lot nearby was available so we moved our car. But since the hotel is right next to the main cathedral in Sciacca, you do not need a car once you arrive.

We liked staying here. The room was spotlessly clean. Quite Small but well equipped. The view was beautiful even though the balconies are very small. The Air conditioner was brilliant. The gentleman on reception was more than welcoming, very kind, very polite and very friendly. His English was excellent. He made us feel very welcome, Thank you to him. Breakfast was ok . The ladies that served it were lovely. There are Lots of shops and lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep . A lovely hotel.

EVERYTHING shuts down at 12. Noon. It was far too hot in July to walk around site seeing or go to a beach , so the only option was to go back to the hotel room for 4 hours. Unless you have a car. Free parking is limited and a good walk from the hotel so beware. All nearby beaches are a good 15 minute drive away . We didn’t find a nice one.

Lovely place to stay. The receptionist was excellent. The room was beautiful with a small balcony overlooking the harbour. There was an adjoining restaurant which was excellent. Lovely breakfast (in the same restaurant), great staff. The outside terrace overlooked the harbour.

Free parking was up and down 3 flights of steps and you were lucky to get a space. The car park on the same level was 1 euro per hour and not next to the hotel.

Absolutely loved the location , staff and cleanliness- bang in the centre but no noise . Nice breakfast ( quality over quantity)

Room well appointed but we would have preferred something slightly bigger . Parking not the hotels fault but having to buy scratch cards a tad annoying / free parking often full and not ideal with luggage . Squeaky bed , squeaky door not dealbreaker

We had a great stay at Domus Maris hotel in Sciacca. The room was very nice, impeccably clean, and surprisingly spacious. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view from the breakfast terrace, which added an extra layer of charm to my stay. What amazed me the most was how quiet the hotel was, despite its central location in Sciacca. I highly recommend Domus Maris for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in this beautiful town.

Outstanding Room. Everything perfectly appointed and a sea-view balcony that was spectacular. The receptionist was very helpful.

The whole parking situation was a slog and the hike up to the hotel was considerable. We were ok but some may find it difficult. The other issue in our room was that the wall of the (very beautiful) bathroom was completely of glass!

This trip was our second stay at the hotel within the last few weeks. The repeat factor is high. We specifically wanted to return to this hotel. Staff is very professional and attentive providing good recommendations of what to visit and where to eat. On our first visit, due to Covid restrictions, breakfast was served in the room, but recently the breakfast room has been reopened and I must say there is ample choice of savoury and sweet items and eggs prepared based on your wish. Every thing looks fresh. It is a pleasure to have something different every day when here for several days. The hotel does not provide for parking, but there is paid and free parking close by. We never had any problems finding parking. Beware it gets busy on a Saturday evening so parking might be a challenge then. Location is perfect to visit all important sights of Sciacca on foot.
