Good value for the price. Room was well furnished and very clean. Fresh lemon and mint water in the lobby was appreciated. Good access to a few restaurants within 100m walking. Parking was inexpensive and convenient.

Though the room and its bathroom were a good size, the shower stall itself was very tiny, and water pressure could have been better. You are charged by the day for parking, but to go in and out have to have the front desk validate your parking, and at times I had to wait 10+ minutes while they checked in other guests. Mattress, though clean was old and I could feel the springs starting to push through.

Nice hotel, well kept, some food and drinks in the small fridge in the room, comfy bed, good view of a small lake, no traffic or other noises.

The flush tank in the bathroom was defective and sometimes water would keep flowing until I played a bit with the handles. There was no light bulb in the bedside lamp. No USB sockets in the room. The restaurant was closed all weekend, and apparently is often closed at weekends (it was closed the weekend before, a friend informed me).

I must really say that I appreciated the Staff's Friendly and NON AGGRESSIVE manner. I had made a slight error in my reservation, but thanks to the young lady at the Reception Desk, my problem was resolved efficiently and effectively without ever making me feel inadequate. Her professional manner has been greatly appreciated. Thanks and I look forward to my next accommodation with NH hotel. ps. Breakfast was absolutely delightfully delicious and abundant! fg

good connection with bus and metro. easy to reach to city center. breakfast is great. the staff are very friendly. underground parking is convenient.

Lovely room in the loft facing the lake. The rate was quite good.

Parking could be for free or reduced - garage was empty. Entrance had stairs and had heavy luggage. I found out later that it could have been reached from the back by the elevator - signage could show this at least.

The place is amazing with a beautiful lake. The breakfast was amazing . The staff very very helpful . We enjoyed our stay there. There s a Chinese restaurant in the property itself which serves amazing food. The staff is very friendly .

The place is around 30 mins away from the city centre. No complaints if you want to have a quiet time away from the city. Bus stop is 10 mtrs away from the hotel. Very good connectivity.

We had booked 4 rooms. All of them were very clean. The beds were large and comfy. The surroundings of the hotel were spectacular. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel. It took just a few minutes to get to the metro station.

The hotel ambience and facilities were excellent, a unique stay. Room was clean, large and well situated across fountain. Loved the ambience and morning view outside the room window.

The location of the hotel is not direct from central station but good to stay little away from central crowd to get calm and beautiful view, specially fountain and open space. The breakfast can be improved.
