It’s a good hotel, close to the M2 line /Crescenzago stop/. The room was not too big for four person, but we were’nt be at the hotel during the day, so it was ok. The breakfast was good and enought, there were fresh juices, fruits, croassants, breds, and for the kids, you can make fresh american pancake. We stay there 2 nights, on the day of our departure, due to the early departure, we received a packed breakfast, which is a big bonus for the hotel.

The walls are too thin, if the neighbor flushed the toilet it could be very quiet, this can be a bit disturbing.

It's a small hotel, quite far from the center of Milan, we only stayed one night, so it didn't seem like a problem. I also had breakfast, in fact I went down an hour before closing and not all the products were there, but I had something to eat.

Parking is available for a fee in the basement, but it is insufficient and small. The receptionist suggested that we find outside, but it was very difficult. We came back at 11 PM and couldn't find anywhere, we searched for more than an hour for a place, we found the same street but after many attempts, and I don't even think there was a parking space. And there was nothing free in the basement.

The AC worked wonderfully, and the bathroom was top notch ! The breakfast was delicious and the staff did an incredible job, it’s a pity that most tourists have little to no manners, they should follow the great example of these waiters !

The terrible behaviour from other tourists, hotels should really be able to charge tourists for poor behaviour, some people would literally stand like zombies in front of the buffet or bend over your table just to look what’s in your plate ! Fortunately, I did not end up slapping them thanks to the waiters who managed to clear up the mess and commotion :)

In one word "AMAZING". The location of the hotel is really good, by walk is a little bit far, but by metro (metro is 3 minutes from the hotel) or by bus is 20 mins. to the city center and it's really good for bigger city. The breakfast was delicious and with service - eggs, salami, ham, cheese, bacon, bread, rools, fruits, yogurt, pancake, a lot od sweet and other cakes (enough of everything), press for fruit and vegetables and really good coffee from cafe not from coffee maker like in other hotels. The rooms was cozy, clean, modern and every day they were cleaned (clean towels and shipped). Lobby is really nice as well. The price is more or less good and the staff is really kind. If I was ever in Milan again, I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Nothing special - maybe missing own fridge in the room (it might be not comfortable during the summer) - is there just mini bar. More hangers, toilet paper and it was missing bathrobe and the TV with Wi-Fi connection. But it's just tip not "dislike". The hotel is perfect from the 98%.

Staff were very friendly and caring. Breakfast variety was ok, but the breakfast room was really small and noisy at peak time. The staff have done their best to have a pleasure breakfast time. The room was clean.

The location was far from city center, but there was a train station in just 2 minutes by a walk. The room was small for four people. The floor were narrow, but still ok. Not a modern hotel, but everything was ok and recommended.

It was very clean and was easily accessible through the tram services from centre of Milan to the hotel. 15 minutes distance from centrale. The staff was welcoming and assisted us with everything we needed!

Beware of the booking.com advertisement! - the booking told us €5 euro city tax was included in the booking - when we checked out the hotel charged us €20 city tax which we wasn’t expecting Shower was on the small side. We are slim build and just managed to be be able to use it, anyone slightly bigger build would struggle

A nice hotel in Milano, close to the location I wanted to go to. The metro is extremely close and the location known right from the exit of the metro. I loved how nice the staff was and that the breakfast has a great choice (like really, really nice). Overall, if I compared the price and what I got, I can highly recommend.

The rooms were a bit dated; the 3rd bed was a bit short. The wifi could have been much better (I opted out for the mobile data). An earlier breakfast time would be appriciated (only 7-10). One night during the late showering the water did not get hot.

Really pleased with our stay here. Particularly staff, cleanliness of the room and breakfast were first class.

It needs to be noted that the walls are quite thin. We could hear it everytime the room next turned their tap on! Make sure you are aware that there is a significant city/tourist tax for this hotel as well.

Decent standard of hotel on the East side of the city. The hotel is very easily accessed by the metro and buses. It is no more than a two minute walk. I found the staff friendly and helpful - especially organising taxis. The room was well equipped and breakfast had a good selection. Overall a good choice if you need something in this area.

Aircon remote didn't work in my room. (413) Not much after "core" hours in the area. (most shops/bars are closed) Coffee had to be ordered in the morning when staff seemed very rushed, a couple of self service machines would avoid this issue.
