Spacious hotel room, good shower and a really nice balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast was decent and the staff were all very friendly. Location in Domaso is ideal - short walk to the ferry port and local restaurants (make sure you go to Azienda Agricola Sorsasso - amazing family-run restaurant on a Vineyard that was so good!!!)

The only let down was the very busy road right outside the hotel so you can hear the traffic when by the pool. Not a deal breaker though, just wasn’t great for that pool vibe…!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic possibly the best I've stayed in, staff where exceptional and really made us welcome and always had a smile on their faces. Rooms where clean and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of choice with the offer of eggs cooked however you wanted with or without bacon. Private use of spa was a lovely treat when it rained and the pool was fabulous. Good transport connections with bus and ferry a short walk away and train availble from Calico to Milan.

This property is 11/10. It is wonderful and the pool area is stunning. The pool is exceptionally clean and it has bar service also. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and welcoming. Beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to all restaurants. This property is also accessible for people with disabilities and has rooms equipped with wheelchair access. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Although the hotel is modern throughout the shower tray always leaked onto the bathroom floor. Guests are always up before breakfast leaving towels on sun beds around the pool we did complain at reception about this but it made no difference although it states guests are not permitted to do this

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location perfect with view of the lake. Beautiful infinity pool with view of the lake. Ground floor rooms have access to perfectly manicured garden. Fantastic, full breakfast, always served with a smile and good humoured staff.

Hair dryers very poor quality, unfortunately. If you have long hair, better bring your own.

Everything. It's a beautiful and cozy property that's right on the lake. You basically just cross the road and you're at the lake. Special mention to Letizia for being polite and understanding. The wifi in our room was very weak and I had to work for a couple of hours both days that we were staying at Como. Upon informing her, Letizia first provided me with access to the wifi at the reception. But when that wasn't working either, she accommodated us in the last available room which was one with a lake view while we had only booked a garden view room. So we basically got an upgrade and that too for no additional charges. The inconvenience of poor wifi being sorted, we were able to enjoy our stay and the hospitality of the staff at Hotel Domaso. Special mention also to the wonderful lady who took care of us at breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't ask for her name. But she was super polite and very very patient.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, some of the best interactions I had with staff up to now, would definitely be coming back, unforgettable experience worth every penny! Don't miss out on booking the spa as well as you get so much for your money- sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, o salt room, teas and overall great service.

Amazingly friendly staff. Pool, cleanliness, views and location to local amenities, breakfast all superb. 10/15 minute walking distance to two villages for restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the ferry jetty.

Its on a very noisy main road. You. Ant hear the traffic at all with the windows closed so slept very well but just noisy by the pool and on the balcony.

Lovely friendly staff, always happy to help. Amazing efforts to speak to all the guests in their own languages. Freshly cooked eggs and lovely breakfast buffet every morning. Beautiful lake views. Interconnecting rooms for us and the kids. Very clean everywhere. Loved it, small hotel but perfectly sized to have everything you needed.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, nothing negative to write other than perhaps that we weren't clear on whether there was food available from the bar, it would have been useful on a couple of lunchtimes, we only realised afterwards that we could have maybe had something there. There is road noise but nothing they can do about that, the location is right on the lake so you get stunning views.

Very nice modern hotel in the center of Domaso. The staff is very friendly and polite and was nice enough to accommodate our early departure for breakfast. Room was spacious for our family, including our 3 year old, with a small terrace over looking the garden. Sound insolation of the windows is simply amazing as we heard almost nothing of the big storm on top of Lombardia that night. The hotel has a very (big) convenient parking.
