Breakfast was nice, we had a croissant, some smaller bits and coffee. Our host was very lovely. It was a good hotel with parking and a safe place to leave your car if you are driving. It was around a 45 minute walk to Siena historical town and along a main road so I would suggest driving. Our host gave us a map and pointed out free places to park nearby which was helpful. The rooms and bathroom were okay - good size, comfortable and clean.Tea and coffee facilities available in a seperate communal area which we didn't use.

I found the property perfect for my needs more like a hotel than bed and breakfast, breakfast was substantial and the variety very pleasing Maid cleaned the room every day and fresh towels every day Also the most friendly staff which made the stay a very pleasant and enjoyable experience

Nothing perfect in every way

The private parking is available in front of the property, which is really convenient. We were greeted by a friendly gentlemen who gave us great advise how to visit the city. Location was perfect and the room was even better.

Breakfast was modest and consisted of pre-ordered items which we had to choose on the spot upon check-in and we had little time to think. The price for the room was above average but we were upgraded to a room with balcony, so everything was perfect!

Great place to stay. Good amenities. Nice kitchen to do basic heating, boiling water,. The balcony is the highlight. So photogenic. We took many photos there. Loved the guy (I think he is the owner). Very good feeling. Thank you for makng our stay memorable. Ample parking. Restaurants nearby. Supermarket nearby.

The rooms were very cute and spacious. The view from the bedroom was exceptional. The host Anna was so wonderful, kind, and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and Anna always answered all of our questions and then some. They have a sister property not too far up the road with a swimming pool as well.

Very friendly staff, good location but too far for going by foot to city center. New and modern air conditioning system was nice.

Breakfast was tasty. I had a surprise balcony. The woman at the front desk spoke great english and helped us around the city.

I wish it was closer to the touristy part of town. I walked for my main transport and it was reasonably far from the train station and the main town.

Very warm welcome. Extremely clean throughout the hotel. We loved all the photos displayed around the building. Breakfast was the best we have had in Italy, beautifully presented, with great attention to detail. Sue

Nothing springs to mind! Being on the second floor was quite had work without a lift!!

Great service, they shared great tips about Siena and the events at the Palio. This helped us to enjoy many days in the city! and they were very friendly and welcoming! The space is beautiful, comfortable and very clean! We like a lot!

The location is a little further from the center. We took the bus to the center and to the train station, and it was quiet. This is not a problem, you just need to know the times and bus stations

Room was comfy and clean, staff was welcoming. Breakfast was nice, there was a sweet and salty option. We went to the city centre by car, there was a car park which had to be paid 2e/hr from 8am to 8pm.
